The apartment is very nice and well cared for, the owner made us find everything we needed for breakfast and it is not a obvious thing, very central and close to the parking lot. Super friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

Absolutely FANTASTIC apartment. AMAZING. One of the best I've ever been to. EXCEPTIONAL. Very clean, with everything you need. Lots of towels, things for breakfast, and everything that needs to be in a home when you live there. Absolutely nothing is missing. It's not easy to find apartments like this. It's written by one who rented a lot of them. I was really impressed. Mrs. Patrizia is of extreme kindness and came to pick me up at the station. I recommend everyone to stay in this apartment if you need to stop in Foligno

Truly lovely apartment, comfortable, quiet, close to the center and free parking. House easily heated in a short time. Adequate and comfortable space. We had a really good time.

Very nice studio, complete with everything, well finished and characteristic. It is located in the historic center and the location is very convenient to visit neighboring countries. Fabrizio was an exceptional person, who welcomed us in person and accompanied us around Foligno, showing us the places to eat and what to visit. Thank you very much, and we hope to be back soon.
