Waterfront holiday rentals in Santa Teresa Beach

Place is great! Right in the center of town and very close to the beach. Room was clean, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. Would 100% recommend 5 Stars.

An excellent place, the house was beautiful, very spacious. Rolando is an excellent person, very attentive. Definitely recommend it for families and with pets.

The location is ideal, minutes walk to everything. The kitchen is quite complete. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent WiFi and A/C. The bathroom was clean and functional but could be better. The pool is awesome

We felt right at home, the apartment is beautiful as is the pool area. The hosts were very accommodating; they responded to all of our inquiries and even made good recommendations about the area. The only unfavorable aspect is that being on a very busy street the noise can be a little annoying.

I had the pleasure of staying at Moon Home for a little over a week and would highly recommend it to anyone planning on visiting the Santa Teresa area. Simona is a great host and very quick to respond to any questions. Although you need an ATV to get into town (about a 10-15 minute drive), the location in Playa Hermosa is perfect. It's right next to a small market, walking distance from the beach, a soda restaurant and a couple of cafes. The apartment was cleaned every other day, which was also a huge plus. Thank you Simona for making me feel at home - I can't wait to come back!

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

Casa Dona Luisa is a beautiful gem with a semiprivate beach out its front door. It's located just far enough outside of Santa Teresa to be quiet but still centrally located to all the great activities. Maykol was a wealth of knowledge and beyond helpful in assisting always with any vacation questions we had. I'd stay here again if we make it back to the Nicoya Peninsula.

This secluded home surrounded by lush gardens on the beach in the heart of Santa Teresa was exactly what we were looking for. It was cozy, comfortable and laid back. A place to relax but also exciting for our family to explore, with easy access to surfing, dining and shopping. Much thanks to Host Scott for his friendly hospitality.

AMAZING! This place is beyond beautiful. The property is truly one of a kind. The level of service we received was absolutely above expectations. Felicitas greeted us when we arrived at the property, created a group chat, was always available for questions, and made sure we were accommodated in every way. There was a cleaning lady and maintenance man who kindly greeted us every morning. Felicitas facilitated all of our activities and excursions. Santa Teresa is a cute little town full of restaurants and bars to enjoy your time at. We shared the property with a family of monkeys, a raccoon, and some iguanas. Overall, our week was amazing and we can't wait to book again!

The house is wonderful, spacious, comfortable. The view and pool are amazing. The access from the beach is very difficult even in 4x4. not so much for the slope but for the condition of the road. it is 2km that takes 10 minutes. The host was super helpful. They offer cleaning of clothes every day. We had a spectacular week.

Were lucky to be able to enjoy this beautiful corner of earth for 2 days. Sleeping in the hammock right by the sea, you have to have experienced here. The house is fully equipped and air conditioned. The outdoor shower completes a wonderful beach day. For early risers, I can only recommend the sunrise (in the hammock😉).

If I could give this property a 15/10 I would! This was a beautiful, special place for me and my family. My husband and I came down with our 10 year old, 2.5 year old, our nanny - and we loved every minute of it. Our concierge Tania was nothing short of amazing, helping plan every detail of stay including booking private surf lessons, yoga lessons at the house, a personal chef, private horseback riding tours, a private boat tour, and zip lining. Chef Rodrigo and his wife Angelica especially were fabulous making us delicious breakfasts and dinners featuring healthy, local ingredients. They were also a pleasure to spend time with chatting as they cooked. The house is beautiful - perfectly located between Santa Teresa and Playa Hermosa - a private retreat with breathtaking views. The beds and main living room were comfortable with great AC and the art and decor throughout was cool! We felt safe with the night guard and loved the cleaning / laundry service. We will be coming back!

Recommended!!!. We loved everything!!! As a recommendation I would say a Microwave and an Olla Arrocera would be needed. But for everything else it's a nice place✌🏻👌🏻

Excellent place! It was well furnished and comfortable, with all the amenities from home. Instructions were good and it was well located next to the ocean and a supermarket.

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!
