Waterfront holiday rentals in Santa Teresa Beach

I had an amazing 2 weeks stay in Luis’s apartment. I had the best time ever and the most important is that I always felt safe which was very important to me as a female solo traveler. Everything was nearby - restaurants, bars, bike & car rental, beach, supermarkets. It is the perfect cute location for someone who wants to relax. I can only recommend to everyone! Well worth it for the price. Hopefully see you next time!

This house is in the most ideal location! It’s right across from the surf shop and walking distance to playa Hermosa beach. We absolutely loved staying here! We were the very first guests and booked it brand new so we didn’t really know what to expect and the host was fabulous. We had some minor problems that she resolved quickly! Highly recommend this place for your stay in Playa Hermosa area

An excellent place and very good service

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

We loved this house located a short walk to the rocky beach. I found the place very relaxing. I didn't realize when I booked that it was a two-bedroom house with an appendix a smaller two-bedroom home as well. Children have loved all the animal diversity on the grounds (mini crabs, iguanas, hermite bernards, giant toads), in natural pools at low tide and in the surrounding area (monkeys). We bathed on the side of the campground and it was very good for children. The mini crabs in the house are easy to catch with an egg spatula, but you have to hunt again every day. The small road to get to the house is not in very good condition, you have to go to the end to the campsite and turn left to the white fence. Don't forget to book the ferry in advance, Maykol helped us when we had issues with making the reservation.

This secluded home surrounded by lush gardens on the beach in the heart of Santa Teresa was exactly what we were looking for. It was cozy, comfortable and laid back. A place to relax but also exciting for our family to explore, with easy access to surfing, dining and shopping. Much thanks to Host Scott for his friendly hospitality.

Once you pass through the gates and out of the Santa Teresa traffic it is like you enter a different world. You have your own personal slice of Santa Teresa where you can enjoy yourself and be one with Nature. You are right on the beach and can listen to the waves crashing all night long. When you wake up the monkeys are snacking on the leaves of the trees above you. You will not be disappointed if you book this home. Pia is very responsive and the whole crew who help with maintaining this property are respectful and friendly. There are limited homes with beach access and your own property you don't have to share and this one stands out. We enjoyed our time here and if we come back to Santa Teresa we would 100% book again.

AMAZING! This place is beyond beautiful. The property is truly one of a kind. The level of service we received was absolutely above expectations. Felicitas greeted us when we arrived at the property, created a group chat, was always available for questions, and made sure we were accommodated in every way. There was a cleaning lady and maintenance man who kindly greeted us every morning. Felicitas facilitated all of our activities and excursions. Santa Teresa is a cute little town full of restaurants and bars to enjoy your time at. We shared the property with a family of monkeys, a raccoon, and some iguanas. Overall, our week was amazing and we can't wait to book again!

Truly sensational! Wish I could stay longer. Perhaps the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Incredible views, incredible house, awesome pool. Sad I have to leave. The host was also super friendly and helpful.

It was everything promised and more. The house and grounds were absolutely beautiful, exactly as advertised, and very well stocked. We had 7 adults but could easily have had more very comfortably. Read the guest manual! It contains so much excellent information. We took several of the suggestions and had excellence service and experiences from all of them. Ramona was so helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. The community is quiet and friendly. Not a party place. The beach is lovely and the water was warm. We did several day trips to nearly-by attractions and never ran out of fun. I will be recommending to all friends and family. I can't think of a better location for a family holiday. Five stars to every aspect this property!

Fabulous bnb on the beach with two full bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen and utensils. Two small groceries in the little town. We did well with a high clearance two wheel drive and the roads, while some are very curvy, from Liberia are paved until the last 2-3 miles. It took about 4 hours to drive from Liberia. Outdoor setting is fabulous, relaxing, on the beach, with hammock and chairs. Rocky for swimming but able to wade. Lots of great beaches within 30 minutes drive. Buy fish (tuna) from local place… it’s best I’ve had. People are very friendly and lots of great quaint places to eat in Cabuya, as well as Montezuma. Hiking, waterfalls, beaches, pina coladas, and chill time made for a great vacation. Jenny was great for making everything smooth.

Very nice place, brand new, comfortable and with a great decoration. The pool is small but good enough for a quick refreshing dive after a day in the beach. Walking distance from ST beach and many restaurantes, it’s very much central but despite being a busy town you can really disconnect and relax at this place

Excellent place! It was well furnished and comfortable, with all the amenities from home. Instructions were good and it was well located next to the ocean and a supermarket.

The apartment was great. Really lovely place to stay. We really enjoyed the space and found Adam and Shelly to be incredibly helpful and hospitable. Would recommend highly.
