We stayed at Mariano’s place for 3 weeks, and it was perfect! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. The pool area is beautiful, and we felt right at home. It is only a short drive to Centro and many other things. Very convenient! And you could not ask for a better host than Mariano! He is so friendly, warm, and accommodating. Super responsive and always willing to help us with anything we needed. We come to Merida every year and would love to stay here again. 10/10! We would highly recommend Mariano’s place!

I spent 10 days in Alicia's quiet, cozy Airbnb. It's a great budget studio apartment, with two issues that stop it from being perfect. First the good: The unit is in great condition and has a well-equipped kitchen, with a blender, coffee maker, microwave, a fast induction cooker, and a drum of drinking water with a pump. It's a very private space, with lots of natural light, in an excellent location: in a quiet neighbourhood between downtown and a major shopping area. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk to multiple malls and big supermarkets. It's also a 5 minute walk to a big pharmacy (Guadalajara) and a mini-supermarket (Dunosusa), plus frequent buses going to the Centro. Alicia was very nice when she checked me in, and always very responsive to messages. The only downsides were: The wifi, a bit slow and with a weak and unreliable signal (needs a repeater), not suitable for voice calls; and the weak shower, which made it hard to really wash off. Otherwise, it was a very good stay.

Excellent location, everything in the place was according to the description, Jose Antonio assisted us with all that we needed as soon as we contacted him. Best location for shops and food. Highly recommended. Thank you Jose Antonio!

Lovely apartment in a very quiet location. If you are looking for quiet and rest this is the place for you. Right on the beach with fabulous sunsets. It is 15 mins drive from the town on an unpaved road just to be aware. But exactly what we wanted and as Daniel described pre our stay. Apartment was great, with excellent WiFi and fully equipped kitchen.
