Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Maria

This was our 2nd stay we loved it so much our first visit. Felt right at home.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a very nice place especially with our dog. Clean, nicely decorated and in a great neighborhood. It is a quiet location and close to several nice walks. Randall has always gotten back to us very quickly.

This was the second time for our family to stay at John & Julie's vacation home. It is such a comfortable place for our group of 11, and they keep adding new improvements. Everything is so clean. They have given attention to all the details that make for a wonderful stay, and they are quick to respond if there is a question or need. Thanks John & Julie for being excellent hosts!

The house was lovely and we enjoyed the setting, being surrounded by fields and animals! While it is away from downtown Pismo Beach, everything is very accessible and within a short car ride. There is lots to do in the area and we appreciated Laurie's recommendations for lovely wineries and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole house was very clean. As previously mentioned the barn doors to the Jack and Jill bathroom do not offer a ton of privacy (not a problem for us as it was just my kids sharing the bathroom). There is also another rental on the property, but it didn't have any impact on our stay. We would definitely return, if we are in the area again! Thank you, Laurie!

We had a great time. Every night some of us watched movies and others spent the evening in the hot tub on the roof, stargazing. We were truly bummed when we had to go home. We had a couple issues pop up and Debbie and Jeffrey were very responsive and took our concerns seriously. We loved it here. 2nd time we have been here and will be our only option when we visit Avila again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Captains Quarters. All the small details were perfectly addressed; the place was very well stocked. The location was quiet and the views could serve as meditation inspiration. Last but not least the hosts were very friendly, helpful, and not intrusive. We hope to return soon!!

This was a perfect place to land for me. Spacious, bright, view of sunrise and sunset, outdoor space to sit in the sun, everything I needed in the kitchen, a great workspace, comfy bed, and great design. I was within walking distance of many restaurants and close to a great grocery store. It was quiet and peaceful and Stephanie and Mike were very kind and generous hosts!

This place was so beautiful and very peaceful and a much needed pleasant getaway for after the busy holidays! We had an amazing time we definitely would love to stay here again! thank you Bill and Paula!

Trish and Terry’s place is truly a hidden gem! Their property is beautiful, quiet and a great place to relax. Just close enough to restaurants/shops but off the beaten path so you can immerse yourself in the scenery and simply relax. Trish and Terry were extremely responsive and add many personal touches. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

Corey was a wonderful host! He was always easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to help make our stay the most comfortable it could have been. The place was very clean, and felt like a home away from home.

Loved this condo’s location and ability to walk to lots of different attractions and restaurants in SLO. Great space for our family with rooms separated on each side of the condo. Our teen loved the loft bed! Very clean and comfortable.

Have been to many Airbnb's around the world, honestly, Ken's place is THE BEST we have ever stayed. It is literally squeaky clean everywhere, even inside the cabinets. :) The place is so well-stocked, from makeup remover, and feminine products in the bathroom, to tape, grocery bags, highlighters, and scissors in the kitchen. There are also a lot of extra linens and towels if needed. The only thing I can think of is show caps. The house is decorated with very good taste. Parking is only steps to the house's entrance, which is private, yet close to the street. The house is only a 3-minute walk from the restaurant where I had the best clam chowder in a long time. The beach is also only one block away. There was even some food for us in the refrig The communication is very easy and fast. Ken always replied within an hour or two. He also granted our special request. Overall, a solid 5 stars! We will definitely stay here again if we come again. We actually already recommend it to our family.

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

We shared a wonderful weekend with family here. The open kitchen/living room was conductive to cooking, playing games at the large table, and watching football simultaneously! And, the bank of sliders that opens to the balcony is awesome! Hot tubbing and playing Corn Hole on the rooftop was lots of fun, too!! The beach is walkable, but you do have to cross the railroad tracks and a busy road. Very nice grocery store less than a mile away!

Great location and very walkable to many restaurants! Was a perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway to solvang. Only complaint would be that the wall heater is loud but besides that it was a great place to say :) I would recommend and would stay again!

It was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room. BEAUTIFUL view. Closer walk to the pier than it looks on the map. It would take longer to drive & park than it did to walk. EXCELLENT parking in the garage. Highly recommend!

Amazing place with breathtaking views of the ocean and overlooking the pool. Host was perfect….communicative but not over bearing, helpful, and very kind. Definitely a steal for the price and you’re guaranteed to leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
