Very good. The place is peaceful and ideal for those looking to rest. There is not much leisure option, but this is not promised. It met my expectations! Very clean, organized and offers basic equipment. The only point of improvement is the refrigerator, which did not work well on the first day (temperature on the day was high)… I believe it can be turned on longer in advance. But nothing that hindered the hosting. I recommend it!

Town Hall returning to the property for the second year, and just like the first time, everything was perfect! The house was very well equipped with everything we need, the hosts and co-hosts were very friendly and helpful, and despite being a bit far from the city of Três Barras, the nearby grocery store met all our needs with good prices. By the end, I can't help but praise the incredible sunset of the flooded!

It was an incredible experience, it is a cozy and comfortable environment, in addition it is surrounded by a beautiful landscape, which allowed moments of tranquility and direct contact with nature. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, super equipped with gorgeous high quality dishes, bedding and bath towels of extreme quality and comfort, very beautiful table clothes, of extreme good taste. The appliances are high quality, all working perfectly! I highly recommend Marjorie's apartment. She always very attentive, answered questions quickly. I will definitely return!

The Joamir space is amazing, exactly as in the pictures, great swimming pool, extremely cozy, close to fishing area (who likes it), private, relaxing, great rooms. Very good, I recommend!
