Because it is in the center of the city we thought it would be a lot of noise, it was quiet, Mr. Aluísio was super gentle and all questions were answered immediately. The village left us even a year-end treat, we love it. We found it safe and everything was very clean. The caretaker was always cleaning the stairs, had a pleasant scent of cleaning. A very nice place.

Monica was attentive from the beginning. My stay went to work and met all my needs. Comfortable, clean, smelling and breaking house, a treat to make the stay even more cozy.
