Juanita's place is exceptional and exceeds my expectations. It has all the things I needed during our stay as a couple nomad travellers. The caretakers are really helpful and accommodating. They offer free transport upon checkin and out.

Lovely guest house on the outskirts of Santa Fe, 20 minute walk to city centre and Kota Beach, and quite near a lot of attractions such as the Swimming Caves and Beaches! Host is friendly, always responsive to our queries, and very helpful allowing us to check out a little late so we could enjoy the beach in the morning and shower prior to going to Ferry. Their dog Maxy is super friendly and smart!

House is clean, smells good when we checked in. Bathroom is full of cleaning stuff and they also have laundry detergent for when u like to checked out with clean clothes. Kitchen is nice, can cook. Market is like 3-5 mins away and trike is 20 pesos each going there. David is friendly, welcomes guest like a family. Food is good, drinks are good. Overall experience is awesome. Will definitely come back!
