Amazing experience! It exceeded all our expectations. The property is spotless, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location is ideal, close to good restaurants and decorated a beautiful park. Teco was very friendly and responded to all my messages very quickly making sure everything was perfect. We recommend this house 100% to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.

Great location. Very well situated in Jurerê and close to the beach. The house itself is excellent and meets all the needs of the guests. Hosts are very helpful, always responding almost immediately. We had a problem with one of the showers and promptly sent someone to resolve the situation. Super recommend and indico. On any future trips to Florianópolis I'm sure I will look for them again.

Modern house. With air conditioning in all the rooms. Dishwasher. Excellent pool. Very nice barbecue. Quiet condominium and easy to access. With a 20-minute trail to Joaquina beach.
