Fabiano responded quickly, the place was very comfortable; with different environments very functional. Lots of odas and all very comfortable, everything was clean. How I told Fabiano we suggest that you take into account for the children the plugs that were to be repaired. On the other hand, we would definitely come back!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Panoramic Sea View-Simply the best!

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.

Great location. Very well situated in Jurerê and close to the beach. The house itself is excellent and meets all the needs of the guests. Hosts are very helpful, always responding almost immediately. We had a problem with one of the showers and promptly sent someone to resolve the situation. Super recommend and indico. On any future trips to Florianópolis I'm sure I will look for them again.

We had such an amazing stay—it was very peaceful, there were several paddle boards provided for the lake, and breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing. It was very comfortable accommodations and walkable to several restaurants and bars. Very central to uber to other local attractions. Would certainly recommend and stay again!

We had a beautiful family vacation, the house complied with all the comforts since we were 9 people, everything was in place and very safe everything!!! The descent to the beach was sometimes complicated as we were with two seniors but getting to that place with so much privacy is worth it and a lot!!!

We loved the house. The best thing is the distance from the beach, less than 1 minute walk. The beach was very empty to be summer compared to other beaches in Florianopolis. The view is amazing, I would rent it again every summer. The very attentive hosts also fixed all of our issues.

Great place to stay by the sea. Completed Studio, it is within a gated and secure condo, with complete structure: swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, sports court and private access to the beach. Fantastic place.
