Loved staying at this beautiful home in Somerset. Nice short walk to the beach, park and cafe. We loved an evening in the spa, watching all the birds as the sun was setting. Highly recommend.

We had unexpected few accidents just prior to the date of check-in... Jane was very sympathetic and showed her kindness which eased my worries. Despite we had to miss the first night of our stay due to car trouble , Jane offered an early check-in for us as the house was ready for us. In addition, one of my senior little doggies got injured his neck day before the check-in... I had to cancel booking for doggies at doggies' carer as one of my senior doggies couldn't stand and walk due to his sharp pain around his neck.... I was aware that Jane's property wasn't pet friendly so I considered to cancel. Yet Jane organized a kind arrangement for us and doggies which made possible to go on our long weekend away after all the odds! We will be happy to stay at Jane's again;) Thank you for the compliment milk and serials. Kids loved them.

We had a great time during our stay at Tee Tree Hill. The house has a nice, cosy feel and is in a great location within walking distance to the beach. The house has everything you need and we very much appreciated the complementary Port too. Thanks very much Dan Greg

The house is very clean, and equipped all you need. It is really nice walk way across the road through seaside to 800 Metre long jetty. The view from house windows from ground floor living room and upstairs balcony is not able to compare to any other.

This place was pure magic! Despite the strong winds we got, it remained peaceful, and our nights were warm, romantic, and beyond perfect. The setup was cozy and beautifully designed with spotless white bedding. If you're looking for a dreamy glamping escape, this is it!

Very nice and spacious property with well appointed kitchen and 2 very large indoor living areas as described. It was modern, clean. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glassware, more than what we expected. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for large groups. Would book again for family reunions. Host is very responsive and flexible when possible.

Brilliant weekend away with family. Place looked just like the photos. Lots of things to do at the property as well as being very spacious. Would definitely recommend and somewhere we would book again if we head back to Phillip Island.

A wonderful quite secluded Cabin amongst natural bushland and wildlife such as wallabies and native birds. only 10min walk to the beach. Enjoyed having a charcoal BBQ in the undercover verandah and wood heater warmed the place up nicely. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from amenities to local tips. A perfect stay in a perfect location. I’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Felt like staying with family, the house has everything. No detail was spared. The bath towels are soft and fluffy, the cupboards are full of games for the family to play, the Coffee machine was stocked with enough pods for our whole stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Jeremy’s and Hazel place. All of the activities we had planned were within a short drive. The house was comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The space is friendly for children with plenty of games and puzzles as well as the garden. We enjoyed having our meals on the balcony.

Amazing location, easy walk to the beach, close to both Cowes and the Penguin Parade. Exactly as described and host was very responsive.

We stayed here for a couple of nights during the Easter break and had a wonderful time. The property has a spacious outdoor area that’s fully enclosed and private—perfect for relaxing. We brought our pooches along, and the fully fenced yard made it safe and stress-free for them to enjoy the outdoors too. It’s only a short drive to the main street, which has lots of great local restaurants and cafés to explore. Highly recommended! Helen, the host, communicated well throughout, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

A fantastic find. Great little house that we used as a base to explore the island. Main shopping / eating street in cowes is just around the corner so a very handy location. Narelle was very responsive and helpful. A great communicator. All in all a great stay for my elderly parents, my husband, 12 year old son and i. And our dog!!

Great house in a quiet location. Heather is a great host and is easy to contact with questions. The house looks the same as the photos. Lots of extras inside for a good place to stay. Recommend.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Highly recommend. From enquiry to end of stay, our experience was nothing but positive. Jo was the most delightful host. Her love for the property and joy for others to experience it was felt throughout all of her communications. Everything was proactively explained in detail. The property was peaceful, spacious, a luxurious rural retreat. It was equipped with every item that you would need. Even carrots to feed the horses! The veranda wraps around the beautiful weatherboard homestead with the main feature being the solar heated infinity edge pool. An outstanding space to take in the surrounds and let life pass you by. Mitch and Co, a 5minute drive away offered delicious coffee. Mount Martha market and beach for a little outing. However, it is hard to peel yourself away from the homestead. Days basking by the pool. Nights of bbqs and kids playing cricket in the gorgeous tree lined driveway. Lifetime memories have been made. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your property

The property was easy to find and check into. Was clean on arrival and frlt very accommodating. The pool and spa was great fun and the nature surrounding the property was very relaxing. Great little place to getaway for a weekend.

Delightful place to stay for a few days and very convenient to our family's home. There was plenty of extras in the pantry and bathroom which was great. The sitting room was beautiful and so relaxing after a busy time during the day. Being such hot weather while we were there the pool was a welcome place to cool off. Great location close to shops and Canadian beach - a quiet family beach, was just down the road.

Carola’s place is in a private & quiet corner of the resort close to the pool. The unit is very clean and functional with all the necessities provided, including a bath (which wasn’t in the listing, so a welcome surprise for our toddler). The resort is quite fun for kids, with pools and games rooms and a kart track. A lovely place to stay- highly recommended.

The house has so much character and charm! We felt like we had been transported to another part of the world. Lots of space to spread out for our multigenerational families. Well equipped kitchen and great gethering spaces. The pool and the views were the absolute highlight. Thank you for a lovely and enjoyable stay for our family.

Such a wonderful stay for our two families. The place is so well stocked for kids. The surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful. Facilities onsite were great and made the trip with little kids a lot easier. Kris was a great host and so easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this place to others.
