Samantha made our stay very welcoming, she provided a lot information on things to do in the area, where to eat, etc. Any question I had she had answered in a quick and easy manner. The place was spotless and very comfortable :)

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sandra's apartment. It has everything you need and more. The views are breathtaking and i would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful scenic stay at San Remo!

Will’s airbnb is exactly what we needed to just relax! The secluded beach just a very quick 2 minute walk and super relaxing hearing the waves and birds from the house! The fireplace was a favourite also!

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

This really did feel like a home away from home. Everything you could ask for is here. The surrounds are so peaceful and quiet. I had a BBQ and a beach walk with friends on the Saturday and the patio was an amazing area to sit out on and look at the water. Differently will be returning! A great place to stay in San Remo and not too far from all of the tourist attractions in Phillip Island. Highly recommend.

Very friendly people. House was well equipted. pingpong table, several parking areas, clean and warm swimming pool, toys for kids, kitchen with almost al necessary things, BBQ, ... Also the location is great.Silent, 2 min walk to beach. 10 min walk to restaurants and shopping center. I think it had the best location in phillip island. Many thanks to them:)

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We were so pleased to have stayed in this very spacious apartment. The photos dont do it justice. A magic view of the bay from the balcony. A fabulous location making it an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, the foreshore and supermarkets.

This was my second time of booking Elle & Andrew’s house, the first time was with my family , and this time was with a small group of girlfriends. The house was perfect for both occasions. The house was spotlessly clean , spacious & the pool & spa were again a highlight. Everything was there we could possibly need , so we could relax & enjoy the weekend. Elle & Andrew were sensational hosts, very responsive & nothing was too much trouble . All my friends thought the house was simply amazing & can’t wait to go back . Thanks for having us .

What a lovely spot. Calm and quiet with amazing ocean views. Lots of good cafes and restaurants at your doorstep.

Had an excellent couple of nights. Great location, peaceful and close to shops and pubs. Pool and spa great addition. Plenty of space for 7 people and everything was as described.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

We had a wonderful stay at this thoughtfully designed property. While it operates as a business accommodation, the personal touches in the decor and furnishings made it feel warm and welcoming. The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-furnished, with stunning views from the balcony. Communication with the host was seamless, and every effort was made to ensure we had a great stay. Great stay at Smith’s beach, could have stayed on longer we were enjoying the beach vibe so much. Andrew’s place has special views and is so close to the beach it made it really easy for our young kids to have fun and then only a super short walk home. The place is exactly as described and the host was friendly yet gave us our privacy. We would definitely stay again. One of my kids discovered how to boogie board so priceless memories made, thanks for sharing your place Andrew and family, we felt very lucky for the Smith’s beach experience.

The place is quiet and nice, looks exactly like pictures. It is close to the beach, easy to go everywhere. Will want to come back!

Excellent level of communication from Stacey which is so important. Property was lovely and suited our needs very well. It was clean and very well fitted out. Wish we had booked for longer as Cowes is a very relaxing place for a short break.

Our family absolutely loved our time together at the Waterfront House to celebrate my 60 th birthday. The house caters for everyone. With a huge selection of games , billiards , table tennis etc etc . The grandkids loved all the activities , as did the adults ! Not to mention the Stunning location , right on the beach . Glorious sunsets and wildlife to greet us . The house had everything we needed! A bonus for sure is that each room has an ensuite !! We loved to congregate upstairs all together . Plenty of room for us all . We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and the surrounds , with the Autumn sun streaming through all the large windows . Thanks from our family . We would definitely like to come back to your home . 🙏😊
