Whoa! Tim's place is why I do AirBnB rentals over hotels: Description and pics matched the experience. If you want a luxury rental experience on the "Platinum Coast" of Barbados, you will not go wrong booking this condo unit. It is the very definition of "beachfront" and the beach? Paynes Bay Beach is a gorgeous strip of sand & surf. And for the 'foodies', Holetown is less than a 5 minute drive away and you have your selection of 'good eating' spots to choose from even on the drive or walk there. We stayed 7 nights and the housekeeping staff was a-ma-zing, the security team made us feel safe and we had a driver who took us everywhere we wanted to go and got us back safely no matter what time of day or night. Tim's place in Barbados? You can't go wrong.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. We couldn’t fault it. It was perfect. So clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The water pressure was brilliant and always plenty of hot water. The location was amazing. Walking distance to the beach club and pool, supermarket, restaurants etc… The apartment has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Wlady is the perfect host. So helpful and friendly and so responsive. He provided lots of useful information before arriving which was great. Tina who manages the apartment is also fantastic. Again so responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay in this wonderful apartment and we will definitely be back. Wlady and Tina go the extra mile to make sure their guests have the most amazing time. Thank you x

The building is very clean, including laundry room & the beautiful grounds are well maintained. Our contact at Chestertons, Sally, was very accommodating and friendly. Holetown is a great, somewhat low key location with excellent amenities. Exactly what we needed.

Dianne and Daniel are the perfect hosts. Anything I requested was dealt with promptly like extra towels and an oven mitt. They even provided a couple bottles of water and some chips accompanied by a very nice welcome note. The place was exactly as described. The floors throughout were new as was the bathroom tiling and counters. Having a washer /dryer was a huge plus. The place was also spotless and almost free of any flying friends. Lol I think I got four mosquito bites over four weeks and only one of them happened in the unit. The location is great and in walking distance to the beach, the beach club and the supermarket, as well as many great restaurants and the bus stops. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Every little detail was thought of and provided. Thanks again for a great visit and I really appreciated not only meeting both of you but the care you took in treating me.
