Comfort place which we called home. Well furnished and modern with 3 double beds and two bathrooms. Great view from high over Sandakan. Francis is a great host, very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Easy to book a Grab for food delivery.

We had a fantastic stay at Grace Place, IJM Condo in Sandakan from the 3rd to the 5th of February. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sandakan!

Everything was great with the booking. We arrived a little early and were able to check in before the scheduled time. The apartment was just as the pictures showed and everything was in working order. Pool and sauna was great to use. Because of the different culture in Malaysia The only thing we weren’t used to is that women can’t wear 2 piece bathing suits. The guard nicely explained this and were still able to use the amenities. Overall would recommend and would stay here again thanks
