Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Joonas's apartment is an absolutely exceptional place! It has everything you can dream of: beautiful design, very spacious and comfortable living room, perfect size bedroom! Also, access to gym, pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Thank you Joonas for an amazing stay, definitely will be back! Communication with host- flawless.

The apartment and the whole holiday complex were really great. In particular, the sea view from the large terrace was fantastic. The apartment is very well equipped and the pool area is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here, the beach is lovely and the pool/hot tubs on site were great. We found good restaurants within 15 minutes walk of the apartment, and the beach was about 15 minutes walk too. The pizzas from the bar by the pool were delicious! They stopped serving at 7pm but the pool was open until 8pm - these times might change depending on the season, it wasn't very clear from signage. The apartment was lovely, nice spacious balcony for eating and/or relaxing during the day. We caught the bus to Alicante one day, it was late but did arrive eventually. We were able to get a taxi back, but catching a taxi from Arenales del Sol is really difficult! We almost missed our flight home as none of our bookings (including via Ryanair and Uber) came through. Fortunately someone helped us, they advised booking several days in advance through the taxi firm in Elche so I would recommend doing this!

A very complete apartment with all the kitchen things (utensils, small appliances....) bathroom (towels...), bedrooms (savannas), necessary for a family. My children are very happy with the apartment. Thank you David and Anja for being so kind. Very satisfied with the experience, for sure I will repeat!

The view was amazing from the apartment, and perfect for sunbathing when the sun shone (it was November). It was a pleasure to wake up to it every day. The apartment had all we needed for a short stay and was attractive and clean. If you can manage a walk to ‘The Cross’ then a walk up hill to this apartment is fine! Hopefully we will stay again.

I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Vilajoiosa! We had a great week there in October; the kids (ages 2 and 5) loved the pool - even though it was a bit cold (pool is not heated)! The area is quiet, there is a playground right outside the door and the main beach is a 10 min walk away. There is a beach just outside, but with pebbles. The main beach is really beautiful and more child friendly. The apartment is fully equipped, 2 bathrooms and was clean when we arrived. Nice ocean view, and afternoon and evening sun! The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and gave a few recommendations for restaurants. He was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would love to come again!

Great location . Quiet area with 15 mins walk to the bars and restaurants. Also a car and motorbike hire 5 mins walk away . Pool was very clean and everyone seems friendly

We liked the apartment very much, beautiful view, good location, clean, complete. Close to the boulevard and supermarkets. Villajoyosa is a nice place with lots of restaurants.

We had a great time at Stef's place. The residence is amazing. Several pools available are an interior. The complex really has everything we need. Stef is always very responsive! Thanks to this place, we had a great vacation.

We have been in this apartment for the first time and we really liked it. The host communicates very quickly and is very friendly as is the girl who gives you the keys. It is a detail that there would be milk, turkey, cheese, water, coffee... for breakfast, it is appreciated!. It has parking that facilitates parking. It has all kinds of appliances and good menaje. Thank you for everything, we will come back.

We had a wonderful stay here. Really nice place close to the pink lake. Quit and safe neighborhood.

Everything was perfect, very nice space for long stays. The location is very good, close to the main tram station and several bus stops.

We stayed here for a month, and had everything we needed for long stay. House is cosy, neighbourhood feels private.

Lovely accommodation and decor really recommend!

We had an amazing time at Frederic's villa. The villa is brand new, incredibly spacious and comfortable, including the beds and bed linen, with an excellent kitchen and lounge area near the pool. It's conveniently located if you have a car; there's a large organic grocery store just five minutes away and a Carrefour Planet nearby. Communicating with Frederic and Jorge was a pleasure, and everything was excellent.

We had a great 15 days with the pool, the casa jardin of free availability. Santi and Lola are very nice, helpful and reactive. You have to take the car to go to the center of Elche and the beaches but they are close. we recommend the beach of Carabassi, co, not too many people. Alicante also 20 minutes away. We recommend it!

Spent 10 days here, it was well kitted out, the kitchen had extensive equipment and amenities, easy to cater for the 11 of us. Easy check In process and great communication, our flight was delayed and we landed very late. Javier ensured the villa was ready and was able to communicate an out of hours check in. good sized pool. Great location; shops within walking distance.
