Villa holiday rentals in San Juan

We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

Great for a big family/group who are comfortable with staying in a spacious. loft type rental. One of the rooms is detached from the main house. Ate Rhoda was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

It was the home away from home that we needed for a quick break. Wifi was really strong so did not worry about finding something for the kids to do. But the kids ended up just staying at the pool or exploring the grounds. The kitchen has all that you need and a griller too! Beds were comfy, water pressure was strong, little things here and there that let us know this was really meant to be a home. Caretakers made sure we were okay, and helped us with errands when we needed some groceries bought. It's really a hidden gem! Thank you to our host for sharing their home. :-)

Our family had an amazing stay at this place. We are a large group and the place easily accommodated us all without the feeling of being over-crowded. The house and the area are more than what we expected as both are really spacious . It's really good place to chill and hangout and relax. What we really loved about the place is that you can still have some quiet and private times in any areas as the place has a lot these spaces offer (there is access to the balcony from one of the bedrooms with a view of the skyline, a small garden area, the jacuzzi area, plus further down is a bonfire pit area). There are also bathroom amenities outside so you wouldn't have to wait to use the ones inside the house if you are in a rush. Overall we love the place and our stay. Ms. Rita is also a superb host. Really hands on and accommodating and pleasant. We didn't have any trouble finding the area at all as she is very responsive to our queries. Definitely an excellent place!

My family had a great time at Ani Villa. The accommodation is well-maintained and exactly as described. The rooms are squeaky clean, spacious, and smell great. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and we were able to use the grill as well. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. Towels and toiletries were provided. Since the location is a bit remote, it was very helpful to have a food menu or delivery recommendations. A few suggestions for improvement: * Replace the non-stick pots and pans * Provide cleaning cloths and all-purpose cleaners * Supply trash bags and table napkins We will definitely come back when we visit Quezon again!

My family had a great time. They want to go back im the future because the place is big and can accommodate family gatherings. They said it was a really nice house and my brother and cousin-in-law enjoyed swimming!

We chose this property because of the wonderful reviews and its proximity to the snorkeling and diving spots. We were taking our kids, (7 & 4) for their first snorkeling experience and we wanted the closest to the islands famous for beautiful marine life. And for that alone it was worth it. The WOW experience ⭐️ communication and recommendations from Orion was great ⭐️ the property had wonderful staff who were attentive, respectful & helpful ⭐️ they helped us organize the bangka folks who transported us in snorkeling sites. ⭐️ the morning and evening views were amazing ⭐️ I left my very important laptop charger and they immediately informed me and found a way to get it back to me! Thank you! We will definitely be back

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

Stella and David's place was an absolute delight! The house was incredibly spacious and well-designed, perfect for accommodating our large family. The breathtaking views from the property, especially from the spectacular dining room overlooking the ocean, made every meal feel special. The nearby beach was easily accessible, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The attention to detail in the design and layout of the house truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. Our stay at Casa Erika was wonderful. The house was like the photo. It was very clean, private, and the view was picture perfect. The house is located close to a lot of tourist attractions so very convenient. The staff was very helpful and accomadating. We loved the heated pool. My son said the house reminded him of our stay in Florida, very modern and WiFi was fast compared to other places. I recommend Casa Erika to anyone who wants to get some relaxation and privacy.

Great place! Very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were soft. The pool was a nice touch, and the kitchen was well-equipped, with the griller being a perfect addition. A gallon of water was provided, which was appreciated. The caretakers were very nice and accommodating, and the host responded quickly, making communication easy. The bathroom was clean and nice! Everything was great!

the only issue we had is the clog shower, when i try to do something about it I was able to get alot of hair in the drainage, hopefully they can do something about it. caretaker is very helpful and responsive if we have any questions or concern on the place. very peaceful surroundings and walking distance to the beach. we had a great stay as we celebrate our mini christmas party.

My third time to stay at this property. The property and especially the host never disappoints. Our go to place whenever we want to spend quiet time plus sand, sea in Laiya The best thing I like about this property is the beach club - - is neaby, a quick drive and its very private. When we went there, we were the only ones in the beach club, maybe because the beach is not open to the public unless endorsed by the property owner. What truly sets this property apart is the host's exceptional service. They are warm, responsive, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We also loved the discount promotions for returning guests, making our experience even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

Kuya caretaker was very responsive and accommodating. Easy to communicate with the host. The place was very spacious, clean and easy to find. AC available al most part of the house. Has the basic that you would need. I like the separate area for grilling. The pool was great with just the right amount of hot. The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. .

We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. My nephews had a lot of fun using their inside pool. We also recommend this place to our relatives in case they visit Tagaytay. Ms. Dan is a great host and very responsive therefore it’s an easy 5 star from me. Thank you again Ms. Dan!

Sana nagdala kami ng Filipiniana kasi ang perfect magpicture sa venue na naka Filipiniana attire. Haha! My mom can’t wait to go back to Julia’s place! The place was spacious and beautiful. The plants and trees were amazing. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The setup was also perfect for those with companions who cannot commit to come since the additional guests, though can be accommodated, will only require payment if they actually arrived. The caretaker was also cheerful and approachable. Thank you and see you again!
