Holiday rentals with a patio in San Juan

What you see is what you get 🤍 worth the price we paid. Good for 3 person but the space was good for i think 5 haha spacious also and walking distance to market.

We attended a wedding in Farm Hills and found the Nordic Penthouse in Airbnb which is only a 10-minute drive to the venue. The place is very nice and neat! Plus points for me na the unit is located in the rooftop. 😁 Super thank you also to Sir Leo who is very responsive. The instructions upon check-in is very clear and my partner and I had no issues. Will definitely come back!

As I was opening the door to the unit, it already smelled amazing! The inside was clean and neat. Everything has its own place. The bathroom was also clean and has a bidet!!!! Also internet speed is great for anyone wfh. The resort itself is great. There are shuttles to get you around the area, but we mostly walked. And it was the best thing ever! Ducks in the lagoon, the sound of birds, the lights. Will definitely come back!

I absolutely loved the place from the location, to the decor, the AC was cold, the bed and couch was comfortable, and Ms. Beth was very easy to talk to about any questions I may have had throughout the whole thing. The check-in process was smooth. I had no trouble whatsoever. Will definitely come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spacious, clean and with complete amenities. There was just water leaking from the glass roof on top of the dining area since it was pouring when we stayed. The microwave also seemed not to heat up (or maybe we just didn't know how to operate), and the ants also easily appeared in the kitchen when food there's food. Regardless, it was a nice home to stay at. No major turn-off during our stay.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Staying at the host place was so confortable. Complete kitchen. Very pleasant in communicating and always fast in response. A good place to walk about to get to the nearest store and all as it is cooling and windy even in the day. Thank you for letting us stay at your superb place. I would love to stay here again in future.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Booked the host the 2nd time around. No problem in the booking and check-in process, the host was very responsive and helpful. The place was same as the pictures provided. Everything is sparkling clean. Parking space was also provided upon request which was very helpful.

Marlon’s place was so clean and full of the things we needed like water, hair dryer, towels, kitchen ware, and many more. The check in was smooth and on time as well. Marlon was very responsive ever since I booked his place which I really appreciate! There were free shuttles roaming around pico until night time and the area felt really safe. It was easy to get to and from the beach at any time we wanted and the guards were really helpful. I recommend staying at least 2 nights. Overall, would love to stay again! Thank you!

If you're looking for a place to stay when visiting Pico de Loro, any unit of SEE Condominium (or Joanne's listing here in Airbnb) is highly recommended. Easy check-in process and most importantly, they have responsive and helpful customer service.

We had a great stay! The host was very easy to communicate with—super responsive and provided clear instructions along with multiple contacts in case I needed further assistance. The place itself was spotless, well-organized, and had everything in place for a comfortable stay. The location was also a big plus—close to food establishments, groceries, malls, and everything else you might need. Highly recommend!

This unit is designed for 9 people, but Angelo was generous enough to allow us to bring one more person (with approval from Pico’s admin). Our group consisted of 7 adults and 3 kids. The room looked exactly as shown in the pictures. Initially, I was worried that we might not fit, but thankfully, we did. The house is beautiful and cozy, with comfortable beds and full air conditioning. The WiFi was reliable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. However, for large groups, I recommend bringing extra induction pots and pans if you plan to reheat a lot of food. Disposable plates, cups, and utensils would also be convenient. As advised by the caretaker, we brought our own mineral water since there were no deliveries during our stay. The bedding was complete and clean. The restrooms were spacious and well-maintained. The water supply was clean, though the water in the toilet bowl had a yellow tint—fortunately, there was no foul smell. Overall, we loved our stay here. Thank you!
