Beautiful apartment in old San Juan. Yaira was highly predisposed to answer all our concerns. In the middle of everything, it ends up being an oasis where you can rest without noise. The apartment is great for three people, but it quietly supports a fourth. We would definitely come back

This stay was perfect for me for a week in PR if you are going to be out most of the day. It has everything you need nothing you don’t. I booked last minute and Alexis was very helpful and responsive. It was great to have kitchen items available for cooking. The best perk was the gated car parking area.

This place was truly a gem in a safe location. The condo was spacious and clean. Upon arrival you're kindly greeted with snacks on the table and a few refreshments in the refrigerator. Amenities included a coffee maker with coffee, sugar, milk, cookware, washer, dryer, clean towels, wifi, AC and even some items for the beach. The building is very secure with front desk identification check in for all guest and fob required elevators. Front desk staff were informative and friendly. The underground parking was nice but a little tight to get to each level on the turns. I've never thought I needed this but the elevators were extremely fast. Most importantly, Miguel and Cristina were great hosts. Miguel reached out a week ahead of our arrival to let me know that the building was under construction so the terrace would not be available. Arrival/departure instructions were clear and Cristina made sure my husband got his ring back after leaving it behind. I would definitely stay here again.
