Monthly Rentals in San Gimignano

We stayed 2 nights at Alessio's place & really enjoyed it. It was very spacious, comfortable & had everything we could need. The washer & dryer was an added bonus! The views of the countryside were absolutely beautiful & we found San Gimignano charming & a peaceful changeup to explore during our trip. Alessio & his team were very attentive & we would 100% recommend! Prior to booking, we carefully read other reviews & appreciated the "heads-up" about getting to/from the apartment...parking, hills, steps, etc. It definitely helped us plan accordingly as we initially intended to drive ourselves but instead chose to hire driver(s) which eliminated much of this concern...although after arriving, we realized those issues probably wouldn't have been that challenging after all.

Massimo is really friendly and welcoming. There was a small maintenance problem but he informed us immediately and got it sorted very quickly. It’s a lovely spot to stay, in a lovely place! You have to park away from the apartment so pack light !!

Helga and Federico's apartment is excellent, very well located and clean! We had an amazing stay! We were greeted by Federico, which is very friendly! He showed us where to park our car for free in a parking lot very close to the apartment (only 5 minutes walk away). We would definitely stay in again and recommend it to everyone.

We had a great time at Stefania's family apartment, both quiet and conveniently located. The view is beautiful, especially at sunrise. The apartment is well appointed and the terrace very nice. We enjoyed alternating the days of visiting and resting in this typical San Gimignano setting. Stefania is a perfect host: helpful, available and discreet. His attachment to this family apartment deeply touched me and reminded me of the holiday memories in my own family home that we no longer have today. A place full of soul that we would recommend without hesitation!
