Thanks to Roberto for his exquisite hospitality in his beautiful lake view villa, with a wonderful garden that will remain forever in the heart of our little dog (and ours). Absolutely comfortable accommodation with everything you need, and even more, to spend a very pleasant vacation on Lake Trasimeno and its surroundings full of tourist attractions of all kinds to satisfy even the most demanding tourist. Very pleasant house to live in, extremely quiet, with a superb view of Lake Trasimeno. It is located in an excellent way, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car we are also in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or bike, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. For a rental in the heart of Umbria and the south of Tuscan, do not look elsewhere, this is the place to come. Annette and Michel

Lucia is very attentive and available, we had a guided tour in Città della Pieve where she lives. Vista sul Lago is a historic mansion that is aptly named Posto incantevole

Saverio's home is new and very well cared for. It has been designed with every detail. My friend and I were greeted and pampered. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We were there now, in the winter, and yet we really appreciated it. Saverio was very kind and helpful. Definitely the highest score on every aspect. Thank you Saverio.
