The place was very peaceful, clean and spacious. The photos are accurate. We really liked the neighbourhood which was quiet with no disturbances at night unlike Hauz Khas Village which can be very noisy. The caretaker Amar Patra and his assistant Amit were always there to help whenever called and helped us with the luggage since there is no lift. They also ensured that the place was cleaned during our stay. However, it will be nice to have some seating arrangements in the balcony which is very spacious. The dining table is only a two seater which is small for a two bedroom flat. Similarly, unless you’re using both the rooms, it may not be economical. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this place and would stay again.

Great place to hangout with friends and family, specially on a Delhi Winter's night. The bon fire setup, lighting, plants and surrounding makes your experience worth every penny you pay. Amenties are great, place is thoughtfully filled woth Novels, wooden furniture, and lot of small artifacts. Host is very helpful with extra bedding, material for fireplace, and with breakfast. Just the place has bit of smell due to moisture, and wall paint is in old shape. Would recomment host to work it up. Still rating it 5 star because of stay experience and host's helpfulness.

I had a comfortable stay at Ivy house! The care taker was incredibly welcoming and, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were upto my expectations. The place is in a very quiet residential area with no traffic disturbance. The overall experience was good. Would totally recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful stay!

We had a wonderful time at Bhavya's place. It was extremely beautiful and peaceful. Our maternity shoot turned out so wonderful because of the surrounding and the cooperative staff members. Excellent stay! Lovely cozy cottage villa in a calm and neighbourhood. Host Deepak was flexible with checkin. Provided clear instructions proactively. Maid Geeta was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was well maintained. Loved the attention to detail — they even had an umbrella by the door in case of rain! The backyard sitting area was my favourite. And an excellent collection of books — I wish I had more time to go through them. Would definitely revisit. Thanks!

Very good stay. Guys please try once atleast. I stayed in deyshomes properties alone. 100% trustworthy & honest host. I paid some extra mistakenly, they refunded that as well. Security deposit also refunded but one day after checkout, so no issues for me. Super safe for ladies,very basic stay but completely private. Locality area is not beautiful & organized but no problem and that is expected in Delhi until we are staying in high class area paying super high rents. Thanks deyshomes, we will surely come again. Special thanks to aunty, she helped me a lot....😊

Tej is the perfect AirBnB host! The place is located reasonably close to the airport, and 15 min away from a Metro to the city. The neighbourhood is residential and great for a homely stay. Markets and other amenities are close by, ride-hailing and other apps make it easy to get anything. The space is pristine, maintained at high standards, and has everything required for the perfect Delhi stay. Kitchen, fridge, cutlery, purified water, vessels for cooking a hearty meal are all provided by the host. Drawing room with comfortable furniture, air conditioning, and airy front door. Large bedroom with a work desk and entertainment console is provided for business/pleasure. Power back up is also available, although I don't think it was used during my stay. I highly recommend this space if you're looking for a great Delhi experience.
