Excellent stay, in this charming little town, the apartment is cute and overlooks the main square, very lively and very pleasant neighborhood, close to all amenities. Evelyne is very accommodating, welcoming and warm.

Extremely well placed! Located on the main shopping street of Saintes. You won't be able to find a better location. Great for a weekend. Private parking at the top of the street is a big highlight! 50m from the accommodation. Very well arranged apartment, super bright with 4 windows and high ceilings. Negative rating: We would have liked shutters that insulate from the light because we were awakened by the sun in the morning. A little shower gel would have been nice

A warm and benevolent welcome. The studio is very functional and nicely decorated. When we arrived (one Sunday night) our host had planned what was needed for breakfast, Viennese baguette, bread, jam (house), butter. For our exchanges, Delphine is very responsive and friendly. We are very happy with our stay in this hyper center studio where we were able to get around and access the shops very easily. We recommend this property for a quiet break close to the center.
