Wow! This place is amazing. We’ve never been to that part of France before and found that accommodation in general is more expensive than where we normally go, especially for the time of year. But that’s an observation not a complaint as it was totally worth it and I’d definitely stay again! The view from the living room was fantastic, especially if you like to watch people. I was amazed at how busy the area is in general but we heard no noise at all. We loved the decor and everything felt great quality. We all found the beds extremely comfortable and the terrace is a great feature, but it was too cold to enjoy using it. I can’t think of a single bad thing to say, I wish I could live in this apartment!

Hi, Perfect accommodation for 5 people, we spent 1 night there, nothing to say. Close to all shops and the sea on foot, clean accommodation, with all the amenities available. Superb little cottage in a lovely, peaceful location but only 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Very well equipped. Comfy bed. Lovely private terrace that gets the sun nearly all day. Everything was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Isabelle and Serge are lovely, friendly hosts and readily available if needed. Very highly recommended - looking forward to the next time!

Very nice accommodation, well decorated, well equipped. Very close to the port of St Martin, free parking (off-season) very close to the port. Clear instructions by host. Very responsive host. Not enough hot water to take a shower and a bath… a shame. Cleaning fee is expensive compared to what he asked us to clean in the space (sweep) as well as take out the garbage.

A perfect nest, extremely chic, neat and simply beautiful. A very high quality proposal. In low season, calm is royal, parking right in front of the apartment is free and the port very quiet and very nice. The sauna adds a voluptuous touch of luxury. That was perfect!!!

This apartment was in a perfect location for a three day visit in La Rochelle. Patrick let us check in an hour early and was great at orienting us to the apartment and the easy and picturesque 15-20 minute walk into town. He made suggestions for restaurants, our favorite of which was i’seo. He was available at all times if necessary. Parking/access was easy. Beds were comfortable and the view was appreciated. All was great during our stay.

The apartment is very clean and well located: close to shops and beach, everything can be done on foot. Well equipped, sofa bed, we slept very well! Free parking across the street. In short, it's a perfect place to settle in quiet. Maryline welcomed us very warmly. Recommended!
