Very welcoming hosts, very considerate. The apartment is very nice, very quiet and has a very nice terrace. Food shops and beach at the foot of the building.

Pauline is very accessible , responds quickly and gave us good tips for visiting, place to be redone and recommended without any problems.

Laurent's apartment is close to all amenities. It is superb , the bedding is comfortable and it is perfectly equipped. It features a large terrace overlooking a park. It is the perfect place to rest while being 2 steps from the beach, the port of Les Minimes and about fifteen minutes from the city center of La Rochelle by pedestrian or cycling. Laurent is super responsive and accommodating, I recommend his place.

Catherine's place is very nice in a very peaceful residence, very well maintained and close to shops and the port. The underground parking is very nice and the pool is an undeniable plus. The hosting was very well organized. We will be back no problem. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Studio very well-located and well-designed. Spacious for 2 people. very well equipped, nothing is missing. Extremely clean. very convenient, 10 minutes by bus from the city center (bus downstairs from the building) and 20 minutes walk. 5 minutes from the port and Les Minimes beach. Reserved parking space. Very friendly welcome and availability from Mélodie. Very good explanations. Everything was perfect. Great for spending a few days in La Rochelle.

Very nice apartment and great location, nice view of the port, 10 min from the train station on foot so perfect for people arriving by train. The communication was perfect, the rules and instructions are very clear. Very responsive, flexible and super nice hosts, we had a warm welcome, thank you for a pleasant stay!

We had a lovely 4-day stay with my son in Céline's lovely studio. The residence, like a small village, is very quiet and pedestrianized. Céline thought of everything for our comfort and did everything to be pleasant to us. Regarding the sofa bed, don't hesitate to ask for the mattress topper that Céline offers to make the bed more comfortable. We'll be happy to go back.

Short stay for 3 with a 3 year old. We had a pleasant stay, the apartment was just perfect. We have done everything on foot (visit the Old Port, aquarium, etc. ). Underground parking is a real plus. Philippe is very responsive, attentive and left us full of documentation about what we can do and visit in La Rochelle. Many thanks for everything and we recommend this apartment if you want to stay in La Rochelle for a few days with the family.

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Great stay at this place which is very clean, comfortable bedding, well equipped. Communication with Maryse is top notch, responsive host, and very clear instructions. The environment is superb. Beautiful walk down the home that runs along the sea. A short walk away is the Port des Minimes with access to La Rochelle on foot, by bike or by sea bus. Everything was impeccable!! We'll be happy to go back.

Impeccable accommodation, the location of the apartment in relation to the island is of 1st choice. We slept very well, the apartment is quiet in a private residence where cars do not run...we left our feet 🚲 at the foot of the stairs that lead to the apartment without any worries. We strongly recommend, our hosts were adorable and very available.

An excellent studio located about 25-30’ walk to the old town. Easy access and parking and access to a swimming pool onsite. The studio is small but well designed and optimised for the space. The AC is not a wall unit and is very noisy. We therefore needed to open the door to the terrace and there was a lot of noise in the apartments opposite from young men having a party till 2am each night. With ear plugs we were fine. We were very happy with the apartment otherwise and recommend the host.

Welcoming host. The place matches the description and is great for a vacation. To have a parking space, allowed us to leave our car safe and do everything by bike.
