Carrie’s Studio is a nice one bedroom addition to her home. It looks just like the photos. Heard no noises through the wall. The bed was very comfy and everything very clean! Would definitely book again!

The place was fantastic. It was right off the main highway that brings you into Tampa yeah it was a very quiet neighborhood. It was near a Walmart, and many different food options. It was only about a 15 minute drive into downtown Tampa and was easy to find the directions were super clear on how to get in and where to park when walking inside it’s a beautiful studio with everything that you need. The place was super nice and clean. They had a table cooktop, silverware, pot/pans, plates, a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. There were two things and a pullout table, which was awesome. Overall it was a very beautiful well set up place. My only negative was that the area seem to have a decent amount of homeless.

Taylor’s place was great!! The location was perfect and close to everything, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were exactly what I needed for the weekend. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit.

My husband and I had a wonderful few days at Eileen’s wonderful apartment. She went out of her way to check in with us periodically to be sure all was well. The pool looked beautiful, but we happened to choose a few days with unusually cold weather in Florida. We loved how relaxing it was, close to everything. Thank you! We will surely come back when we are next in the area.

Wonderful stay and would come back again! The pup and I had a quick weekend in the area and Denise’s place was perfect for it. Easy to get in, Denise is lovely to communicate with, and the pup loved the private yard. The neighborhood is very very quiet and safe and was perfect for a long morning walk for us. The guest house is perfectly clean even for being pet friendly and has all the amenities you could need and lots of extras courtesy of Denise. Snacks, coffee, cooking tools, etc. would stay at any of her airbnbs again. Thanks again!

Super convenient location. Walkable to historic downtown and super close to Three Sisters, the bike trail, Hunter Springs. The place was comfortable and cozy.

Cute, private room in an excellent location, central to river, beach, KSC, Orlando, shopping, night life in Cocoa Village. Kat was great, very responsive yet unobtrusive. The unit was spotless and well stocked with necessities and extra items as well in case we forgot toiletries, etc. Would book again!

The place was clean and private. it was definitely worth the price. Check in was super easy and the host is very responsive. You get a little unit of the house all to yourself, so there’s no interaction with any of the other guests bc it is completely blocked off. The host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Tampa looking for a comfortable place to stay at night!

Bob was a great host. Very clear instructions. Very friendly and responsive. His place was located in a very quiet neighborhood, and is equipped with anything and everything you can imagine or need for your stay. The very unique and colorful deco made us smile as we walked through it. Very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay at!

Had a really great time! The road getting to the house was gravel so was an adventure in itself but once arrived at the house, we felt at very at home. The house was stocked with food for breakfast which was a nice touch as the commute to the nearest main city was about 25 minutes. The neighbor/caregiver was an added bonus as they had several animals that they let us meet…. Dogs/cats, a goat, chickens, a tortoise, two pigs and a beautiful parrot. If you want some time in the country, this is your place. Would definitely stay here again if we needed a place to stay! Host very responsive, easy entry into home. No complaints at all. 10/10 My daughter loved the use of the golf cart to get around the property.

I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs through the years and this home was the best stocked home I’ve ever occupied. I went with my husband my dog, my 14 year old son and 3 of his friends. Arrival was easy, the house was immaculate and fully stocked. We were in the area for 3 full days. We did Magic kingdom the first day and it was approximately a 30 minute drive, you can get an Uber for $30.:. The second day we spent just “putting around” at the house. The four boys had plenty of stuff to entertain them while the dog roamed the backyard and my husband and I relaxed on the comfortable couch in front of the huge flat screen. The bunk room was perfect for the boys to chill out in between mini golf, Corn Hole and Dodgeball games… The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The third day we left the home and drove 6 minutes to Universal. The whole trip was seamless. A huge shout out to James and Fabian! We will surely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Lovely home and worth the price. There were a couple of issues with appliances but Andre was very responsive and proactive at fixing the issue quickly. We were very comfortable there and my dog loved the yard.

My family and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Ormond Beach over Christmas! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked. The house was not only spacious but also impeccably decorated, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere perfect for the holiday season. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare festive meals, and the open-plan living area was ideal for relaxing with family. The amenities were outstanding, especially the beach, which was just a short walk away. The property also featured a well-maintained outdoor space, complete with comfy lounge chairs and a fire pit for chilly nights. Dory went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches like holiday decorations, Dory even had a lovely plate of Christmas cookies waiting for us as to welcome us. She was responsive, helpful, and genuinely made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We loved it and might be back!!!😊

The location was perfect for visiting our son in college (Webber Int'l Univ less than 1 mile away). House was as described in ad. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions which made the process smooth and hassle-free.

Kali was amazing. She was so understanding she worked with me as much as she possibly could. She was there for me even when I ran out of supplies. She made sure that there were some shipped to the house. This lady is awesome and I think her so much I will definitely if I ever needed a place to stay in Palm Bay. I will definitely be at our house again

Great place. right on a beautiful beach, heated pool and hot tub to relax in. Supper friendly and helpful staff. We loved it.

This was the BEST AIRBNB we stayed in ! Everything was clean and pristine. It had everything we needed, even a few diapers when I ran out of them. Raymond and Kevin are the best communicators, especially when we couldn’t get the tv to work haha Thank you so much for hosting us ! We had the best time & im so glad we stuck with this Airbnb !!!! Kelly was a very good host -- place was clean, comfortable, and had just about every possible extra touch you could think of (snacks, beach towels, extra tooth brush, etc.). There was even a slight issue during check in (beyond Kelly's control), but she communicated very effectively and openly, and even offered a partial refund without us having to ask/complain for it. Some other reviews mention that the noise from the street is loud, which is true, but we found it to be less bothersome than the reviews made it seem. All in all, would stay here again for sure!

Great place super recommended!

This was our first time in New Smyrna Beach and we are already looking forward to coming back. Kim’s property had wonderful views of the beach - which is also a very short walk across the street! The condo was very clean, accommodating, and stocked!! We felt right at home and enjoyed Thanksgiving here!!
