I recently stayed at Huyen’s place in St. Augustine, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent—peaceful and quiet while still being close to all the major attractions. The highlight for me was the balcony, which provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The place itself was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire stay hassle-free. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in St. Augustine!

This place was conveniently located for our purposes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the home was very nice. It was also well stocked with essentials.

We stayed in this property for 8 days while our nearby home was being renovated. The home exceeds expectations in all ways. Even though we live in the area it still felt like a vacation. The home was bigger than anticipated and was squeaky clean. The hosts were very responsive and accommodated all of our requests. Highly recommend this property and these hosts. Would stay again.

My stay at waterside lakefront was beautiful! I couldn't believe how peaceful and quiet it was at night time. Very spacious home with a beautiful view of the lake.

This is our second stay at one of Deborah and Steve’s properties. The location is great for attending a local festival and our Flamingo Cottage had everything we needed for the three of us to feel at home. Our hosts were always very quick to respond and we were grateful to be able to drop off our food and suitcases early, before heading to the festival. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. So nice to relax over coffee in the morning! We hope to be back next year and will look to Deborah and Steve as our first choice!

This was our third stay at this home, and it was perfect as usual. It’s so comfy and cozy and close to everything. A short walk over the bridge into Old Town, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars right in the neighborhood. Landra is *very* responsive and helpful. And this trip, I realized my favorite place in the house is the reading/sun room. Very peaceful. And so dog-friendly! We had brought our senior dog Tucker the previous two times, but he passed away, sadly. This time, we brought our two rescue dogs. We brought our own crate, but there are crates already in the home. Our new pups are younger and more active and loved the back patio and going for walks in the neighborhood.

I recently stayed at Yvonne's place and was very impressed! We are from Orlando so we were already familiar with the area but it's a great location if you're going to Disney. My only issue was the cleanliness, but Yvonne was quick to rectify it and everything was fine. highly recommend!!

The home is waaayyy nicer than the photos show. There's nothing wrong with them but better in person. Dog-friendly is an understatement. Very accommodative and simple to have our three cocker spaniels join us. Neighbor has a dog and is beyond considerate to keep theirs in more often during our stay. Be aware and respectful of the neighbors. Perfect sized yard for the pups to roam, sniff, run and do their business. Floorplan is great and everything inside makes sense. The right furniture, the right look, the right feel. Very warm and comfortable. Having now stayed here I can be confident in planning more trips in the future to visit family in Spring Hill because where to stay with dogs is no longer an uncertainty. If you're looking for a great place to stay with your pups you really don't need to look anywhere else if this home is available. Save time. You're making a great decision to stay here.

We stayed at Michael’s place for 3 days and we had a great time. The unit was fantastic, very clean and easy to find. The communication with Michael was smooth and no issues during our stay. We will return for sure.

Beautiful house with a nice pool, great for a relaxing get away or fun girls trip. Close to downtown Lakeland, great location!

Our stay here was very enjoyable and pleasant! Neighborhood and neighbors were very friendly. It was quiet as well and very clean. Location wise, it was great! And suited all of our needs. It was extremely clean inside and exactly as pictured. Beds were extremely comfortable and didn’t hear any complaints from any family members. I got to bring my dogs as well which was a plus :) Brittany was an amazing host and responded very quickly and answered any and all questions or concerns we had. I would definitely stay here again. Only “con” was from my daughter who said she felt uncomfortable at night using the bathroom that leads outside because you can see if someone was on the toilet or in the shower despite having the blinds closed. But that was a quick and easy fix. Aside from that small thing everything was amazing! 10/10

The house was easy to find as King Street is on a main street. Having secure parking behind a fence was a plus. Loved being able to walk into the historic district. Having a winery, the college campus, art galleries and small market nearby was helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything was just as described. Michael was quick to respond if we had a question or needed something. Loved jumping into the hottub and relaxing outside in the cabana area.

Roger and Amy’s home was spectacular! Well furnished, modern and squeaky clean. They were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. They were great hosts and we are so glad we chose their home for our quick get away to St. Augustine!

We loved our stay here. The place was so clean with everything we needed - plenty of space and bedrooms. Kitchen was a great gathering place over dinner for our family. Location is near everything you would need - Target, Starbucks etc. We will definitely be back. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

The house was very easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. Due to our late arrival he left the lights on and said we could contact him no matter how early in the morning it was when we got there for any problems. The house was very spacious and clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Richard was very responsive and accommodating for us! We really appreciated everything he did for us before our arrival and during our stay.

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

Lea was very kind and responsive and was able to give me some local recommendations. The neighborhood is a bit loud outside because it is close to the interstate, but very quiet and peaceful inside! And that proximity makes it a great and central location for any activities you may want to do with the family. I don't think we had to drive more than 12 minutes to get anywhere! My kids and my dogs both loved the house and all the doggy goodies including a basket of fun toys to play with while we were there. Overall, I give 5 stars for being a dog-friendly house in a central location and a very friendly host!

We really liked being there, it is a very quiet place and the communication with our host was excellent, any inconvenience that was presented to us, he quickly solved it.
