Cottage holiday rentals in Sail Bay

Great stay at Laura’s cozy home with such a beautiful view. It was exactly what the four of us were looking for and the hot tub was an added bonus. Ocean view from the living room window and patio.

Very resposive to all inquiries. Everything you can think of that you need is already in the house! Clean and spacious too, we enjoyed the hottub! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay 🩷

Larry and Andrea were amazing hosts! From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, making for a great stay. Their place is fantastic, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—and even more than what’s listed online. If you’re planning a trip to San Diego and this spot is available, you’re missing out if you don’t book!

Great home and location…even better than the pictures and gorgeous plants and landscaping! My kids loved the pool, and we used the grill and kitchen (stocked with sharp knives and nice pots/pans) often…we would love to come back!

The cottage is charming and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed. We used both bedrooms and the layout is excellent. The hot tub was great and the location is perfect. Enjoyed the cottage immensely. We will definitely be back!

Only criticism is that with chilly weather there was only one space heater. In the morning two would have been better. Worked out perfect for us to be near our daughter in South Park

We needed a place to stay when the fires came to LA. We couldn’t have found a better place. It’s a very cozy home that has everything you could need. Hopefully you’ll come here for better reasons. We look forward to returning under better circumstances.

Atalanta is truly a super host! She's thought of everything guests would need AND responds quickly to any questions we had. The Green Door looked exactly like the listing photos and immediately felt cozy and clean when we arrived. We especially loved how dog-friendly it is, from the couch cover for our pup to extra poop bags, she's made it easy for folks to stay with our furry family. We hope to come back soon so we can enjoy the gated front yard and BBQ!

The space was very open and easy to navigate. The host was continually responsive to our questions. Recommend staying here!

The place is so safe and cute. We felt right at home. We travel with a 4-month old infant for the first time, and Lisa’s place is perfect for our baby. Lisa even offered a Graco Pack-n-Play which was a perfect bassinet for her. The place was situated in a convenient neighborhood close to Grossmont Center shopping mall and grocery stores and restaurants. We’d stay here again when we are in the area.

The cottage is cozy, clean and authenically OB. The dogs love to lounge on the patio with us and they took full advantage of the dog door if we were out and about. Everything in OB is walking distance from the cottage including dog beach. Michael is a wonderful and incredibly thoughtful host, we felt right at home. This is our 2nd time staying here and we would not hesitate to book again.

Great beach cottage in OB. Easy to access and walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Cottage was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Was able to enjoy two nights here and feel at home. Visited some of my favorite spots in OB including OB Noodle House :)

We are saying goodbye to the best dog we’ve ever owned… our 17 year old Aussie….Slater We picked this place based on the needs of our buddy. Arthritic, deaf and almost blind he needed a place safe and comfortable. It was all that. It isn’t The Lodge at Torrey Pines (5 star, 900/night). It is in a beautiful area. It is dated. It is clean. It was so close to the dog park over the Bird Rock surf spots. Huge nightly turnout of locals with their dogs and kids for the spectacular sunsets. Super safe area with great places to eat. We will return again is Slater is still with us. If this is his last trip with us we are so grateful for such a great stay and the memories made

The best airbnb experience we have ever had. Robert drops of a plate of pastries on the first morning, the fridge is packed with drinks and there's snacks everywhere. Everything feels brand new and really clean. Really close to some great restaurants and Seaworld is only a few miles away. If you stay here drive upto La Jolla and see the wild sealions & seals on the beach.

The cottage is cute and perfectly located if you want to surf at Tourmaline! It was clean and Daniel was flexible with check in/check out. My only complaint is that the bed is very uncomfortable and squeaky, so if you’re sensitive to that I’d recommend a different spot.

We had a great stay here. Host was very accommodating and location was super convenient. Just a block away from the best dog beach ever. Our doggo didn’t want to leave.

Great place to stay, conveniently located close to the highway. There is some road noise, but the backyard is such an oasis that it just becomes background noise. Rosemarie has tons of little things that make the house more like a home. Perfect for the two of us and our dog.
