Beachfront holiday rental in Sail Bay

We had a great stay at Carl's place! It is less than a minute's walk to the beach. Very close to coffee shops, places to eat and the grocery store was not too much of a walk. The TV was equipped with lots of watching options (in the evening when we were not out and about). We had a small issue getting into the unit, but Carl rectified it very easily and promptly. :) Carl was a great host. Thank you.

Great place to stay with my family for a week while celebrating a wedding. Location is very walkable to stores, restaurants and both the bay side and ocean side beaches. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels and sand toys for our needs. The baby gates at each stairway were a very welcomed feature. A large dining table allowed us plenty of space for eating and later playing cards. The house was clean, well stocked and Michael very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we were back that way!

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo - the views are unparalleled and watching the sunset here was absolutely gorgeous. Sue and Makela were so quick to respond to any questions and their detailed instructions made the condo easy to find and navigate. There are so many bedrooms to accommodate space for a large group and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful getaway for my husband's birthday! We were searching for a cozy place that felt like home and was close to the beach, and we definitely found it here! Ginger was absolutely amazing to work with—she provided us with all the info we needed to get settled in. The studio was super clean and had everything we could possibly want. Even though we arrived later than we planned, we were greeted with a sweet note from Ginger, along with lovely flowers and snacks waiting for us. She kept in touch throughout our stay, which made us feel really special and cared for. Thank you so much, Ginger! We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay right next to the beach. Tons of restaurants nearby and easily accesible. Very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities.

Amazing Stay in Pacific Beach – Perfect for Our Soccer Trip! My son and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb while in San Diego for his soccer tournament. The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, yet close enough to the action. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we could ask for. The bed and sofa was comfortable, the WiFi was fast (great for my son’s downtime), and the space felt like a true home away from home. Parking was easy, which was a huge plus. Our host Ricardo was fantastic—very responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Pacific Beach, this is it.

We had a wonderful stay in Mission Beach. The house is very nice and appears to have been upgraded very recently. The beach is literally a stone’s throw away and I felt comfortable letting my 13-year old daughter relax on the beach unattended because I was able to see her from the house’s patio. Best of all, Monroe was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We are looking forward to spending more time at this beautiful spot in the future!!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Very responsive and easy to contact. Especially with the owner's onsite assistant. If you love the ocean this if for you! With the door open you can hear the soothing sound of waves throughout the unit. The view through the sliding door is nothing but ocean as far as the eye can see. Sunsets galore. With the windows closed it is peaceful and quiet. The beach was clean and family friendly. I recommend this unit. I also recommend the Brigantine restaurant just a couple blocks away.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and serene location. The house was as described and even better and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, they even brought us the best Chicken soup. Unforgettable stay. Hoping to come back in the future. Love , Latossia and Raphael

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

ABSOLUTELY LOVEDDDD THIS PLACE ! WILL definitely return ! The place was super easy to find , easy to check in, and easy parking very safe lot. The view was immaculate.. definitely enjoyed the living room. My fiancé and I had a blast :) we loved sitting on the couch just watching movies with a beautiful view. We had good recommendations thanks to our Host !

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

Great location, clean, and well equipped. Grocery stores, restaurants, and points of interest are within walking distance. Clean comfortable beddings. Nicely appointed decor. The short walk to the beach in the morning was a great start to each day! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home and great location! We enjoyed watching the surfers in the morning, walking to nearby cafe’s and coffee shops, and soaking in the beautiful view of the ocean. The host was flexible and responsive throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend staying here if it’s available!

Location is great. The space is as pictured and plenty of room but it is very vertical. Just something to keep in mind with kids or people who don't move so well. We had some issues with the garage entry and TV in the living room not these were rectified quickly.

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Aric’s place was decorated beautifully for the holidays. and it was obvious he paid attention to details to make the stay for his guests perfect. We loved our morning coffee on the private balcony while listening to the ocean. The location was amazing for easy access to the boardwalk, Belmont Park, restaurants, and coffee. Would love to stay again!
