Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sacramento River

We loved our stay in this apartment! The location is perfect, right downtown Sonora with all the historic downtown shops and restaurants within blocks. We loved sitting on the balcony above Washington Street and watched the world go by. The apartment was clean and modern and comfortable and had everything we needed!

The extremely walkable location, ample amount of space, and welcoming, responsive hosts make this spot perfect. It can be hard to find a well-appointed Airbnb that is pet friendly, but here you are trusted to just be a good person and show the proper care and respect to the space without having to jump through unnecessary hoops. We were provided with tons of information about the area, and found a new coffee shop each morning on our walk. The space just makes you want to stay longer. You have everything you need and a lovely neighborhood with easy hwy access as the cherry on top.

Fantastic spot, would stay here again. David was friendly and flexible. The flat is cozy yet spacious, and in a safe neighborhood with easy street parking on the weekends. It was also within walking distance of fun stuff, like Bueno Cafe. Great value for the money!

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

We had a great stay at Waye’s place! It was very clean and spacious. Lots of dishes, a Keurig with lots of coffee pods. Great location, easy entrance and exit. Everything we needed for our long weekend in Sacramento. Thanks so much!

Great 4 day getaway with friends. The view was incredible and place was very relaxing. Everything you would want is in walking distance. One of those places you don’t want to give 5 stars because you want to keep it a secret so know one else rents the place. We will be back soon.

Liza’s place is well decorated and have thoughtful equipment. The location is good. Both Liza and Jenifer are wonderful to work with and they both respond quickly.

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

Me and my partner loved sergey’s place, it was close enough to all the places we wanted to go see as well as a grocery store 6mins away and downtown less than five. Would recommend only complain is the train but we were made aware of the train before hand :)

Great place. Great hosts. Warm and cozy feeling.

Toad Hollow was great for our group of 7 adults and children. We loved playing in the snow, sitting on the front porch, building puzzles on the big dining room table, cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen, taking baths in the clawfoot tub, watching dvd’s, and walking to restaurants in town. Toad Hollow is close to Mt Shasta ski park. The large mud room was great for offloading snow gear. It was nice having a washer and dryer to dry wet snow gear! Jill was very responsive when we accidentally deadbolt locked the keypad door and went out the back (the back door has a door knob lock that can be pulled closed and locked). She came by and unlocked the house while we were at the ski park so we didn’t have to deal with not being able to get in when we came back. We would recommend Toad Hollow for its cozy, like home, atmosphere.

Our stay was fantastic! The property was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Within walking distant to the grocery store and main street where you will find nice local restaurants.

The house was wonderful and had all that we wanted and needed. The hot tub, backyard and kids play area really were above and beyond. We had an excellent time and Angie was very proactive, available and helpful to us. Extremely impressed. We would most definitely stay there again and recommend. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay in this centrally located condo. Just a short distance from downtown Napa & centrally located to other areas we visited. The place was cozy & relaxing after a long day. I would definitely return for a longer stay to have time to enjoy the beautiful grounds & resort amenities. Thank you for clear instructions, communication & a wonderful visit, Dave!

We had a great stay. The condo is a moderate but easy walk to the lifts (0.5 miles) so very convenient for skiing and dining. The condo was exactly what was needed for my son and me to stay and ski at Palisades. Comfortable family room and kitchen had all the appliances and equipment necessary for our stay. The condo had a nice view of mountains and the river and parking is right next to the condo. The condo was very clean and the master bed was very comfortable. The bunk beds are better for kids or one adult who doesn't mind tight quarters. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to condo.

This is our favorite place to stay in the wintertime at Tahoe Donner! It is walking distance to the downhill ski area which is a perfect place for kids learning to ski. The condo is comfortable, well-appointed and clean.

We enjoyed our stay..,accommodation was clean, uncluttered and comfortable. We appreciated hosts allowing us to check in early-very helpful as we drove a few hours to destination and were able to drop off bags freshen-up and go explore! Good unit as no one above-walls are not soundproof. Easy parking. Comfortable bed good nights sleep…Only suggestion would be to offer a courtesy log or two to enjoy fireplace without having to purchase a bundle of wood when arriving. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place for a ski weekend! Mei was responsive and the condo was perfect for our group of 4. Clean, beautiful views of the mountain, easy to find, and the condo had everything we needed.

This place is an ideal location, right in the Village at Palisades. You go downstairs and you're in the middle of the action, with restaurants, shops, and skiing all right there. It was also great to have an underground parking spot included, which made it really easy to get in and out on a busy weekend. There is a king bed in the bedroom, and a comfortable (double?) sofabed in the family room. Also a kitchen with everything you might need. The balcony that overlooks the Village is also great. We did run into a little bit of a noise issue from some of the raucous folks having fun below at the Pub, but I guess that's to be expected during a holiday week. Matthew and Katie were super responsive, helpful, and generous in trying to help us during our stay. Overall if you are looking to be close to the action and like having super responsive hosts, then this is the spot!

Lara's apartment is very cozy. I'm still delighted. The location is great, there's a lot of snow. I want to come back next winter vacation

Great place in ideal location - ski in/out makes everything so much easier. We arrived very late after reception was closed but still had no trouble getting into the garage and suite with the keycards Karen and Michael mailed to us. Parking is a bit tight but there was a space available despite late hour. Everything as described. Easy departure too. Kitchen is very usable and included some basic supplies (salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, butter, half and half, coffee filters) which was nice. Good internet speed. The only thing you might want to know is that if it's snowing, snow plow equipment operates in the middle of the night right under the window. The noise did wake us up for 1-2 hours at night the first night. It's unavoidable and a minor inconvenience, but if that is a paramount concern for you, just be prepared and bring ear plugs. All in all was great and we would be happy to return. Thanks Karen and Michael!
