Great cottage with privacy from the neighbors. Very friendly host. Hot tub was amazing!

Had the coziest weekend! The fire was lit when we arrived. Everything was clean and well thought out. Got to watch the ravens from the hot tub, listened to the frogs sing amongst the redwoods, and we loved our little visits from Piper(the sweetest dog ever). Ravens roost had everything we needed and more! So grateful for our time here! 100% Would recommend!

This cute little bungalow was the perfect stay for my partner and I. It had everything we needed plus we got to enjoy some board games and records that were there. Madison was so sweet and responsive. The lake view was amazing and I definitely recommend a weekend getaway.

This was a perfect spot for a personal retreat. I loved everything from the decor to the comfy bed to the private hot tub and well tended garden. I would love to come back again.

My family loved staying at Sarah’s house. Her home and neighborhood were stunning, and there was a lot to do in the area. Check-in was easy and Sarah was very easy to get ahold of when we had questions, which was very appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and peaceful cottage on the river! Everything was just as pictured, with warm designer touches. The hot tub was wonderfully clean, and the linens were crisp and fresh. Second (outdoor) bathroom and shower downstairs was a great surprise. Fireplace was lovely. A really well managed property in a unique location. Try ziplining, or an in-house massage :). Loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

What a beautiful location! Horses, cows and chickens right outside of your door. Room to roam and be with nature. Fresh eggs for your stay! It was so peaceful and laidback. We appreciated how responsive and friendly the hosts were.

This was a beautiful home and nehiborhood. The house was warm, clean, and smelled great whan we came in. There was a bit of a plumbing issue. We found that the sewer had backed up into the tub a bit when we arrived. I contacted the host and she was quick to respond that she had already called a plumber and they would be there soon to check out both sides of the duplex. The people in the other side of the duplex had contacted her earlier about the issue. We were impressed with her proactive and prompt response to this. Something for potential guests to know is that the street is very narrow and the driveway is tight. It is accessible but it may be difficult with a larger vehicle. We greatly enjoyed this neat home, quiet neighborhood and the host's hospitality. We felt safe and comfortable. My only concern is that one of the bed's metal frames is broken. The bed slid a little and the frame stuck out a bit after sleeping on it a couple nights. I look forward to staying here again!

The accommodations at Linda’s home were amazing! My partner and I truly loved the comfort and convenience of her home. We were able to book last minute and received a quick response from Linda for checking in. The space was super clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Marisa’s place was absolutely perfect and so easy to get to. I wish the weather was a bit more favorable so we could enjoy the meadow on top of the hill, but the decks were covered so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the rain. This is the first ABB I’ve stayed in that had so many counter top appliances available, it was great! And despite the cold outside we had no trouble heating the inside. Marisa was very responsive and had a great binder full of sites to see that was also very helpful. I already have a friend eyeballing this place for her next stay.

Janet’s place was comfortable and exactly as described. As everyone else mentions, this place is in a great location and walking distance to Main Street. While we still had a great time in Murphys, for the price of this place I would rather get something else in Murphys that has more privacy and amenities. However, it’s hard to find something that has as much charm as this place so that is by no means a complaint of our stay.

This unit was perfect for a weekend getaway to Glen Ellen/Sonoma area. Location is great and with a short drive down the road, we could get to the nearby parks and Glen Ellen main strip. We had our dog, Tory, with us and she enjoyed the place too! It is a unit in a duplex, but the layout/floor plan of the duplex is perfect because there are no shared walls to common areas. (Living room/Bedrooms have no shared walls because the bathrooms/study of the units are what share the walls.) I am a very light sleeper, so it was nice that the only thing I could hear at night was the rushing water of the stream below instead of any snoring neighbors :)

Very much enjoyed our stay. Jared and Morgan were very upfront on what to expect. If/when we return to the area we would definitely look at staying at the Ophir Inn.

We loved our stay and Nick was a responsive and kind host. Was a short trip but we felt very cozy. The home is beautiful and you are close to lots of amazing outdoor experiences. Has all the appliances and tools you might need to make dinner! And extremely reasonable and understandable check out instructions.

The cottage is super clean and very cozy. A lot of great amenities for your use. The surrounding is very peaceful. This was our second time staying and would consider coming again!

Beautiful spot, very clean, and nice touches. Felt like a little A frame cabin. Nice location close to the coast and the beach access was great.

We had such a wonderful time. Jacquelyn was such a great host and was easy to communicate with! The Airbnb was in such a great location! So close to downtown Mendocino area with shops, restaurants, walking paths, and the beach. It was incredible! The cottage was designed sooo cute and cozy!! You could tell they really put a lot of time and thought into making it that way. I loved how it was an old home and they kept it looking original but updated. The paint colors were so fun! We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I don’t write that many reviews but I loved this place. I needed a New Year re-set and this sweet little cottage was perfect: a cost fire, amazing tub, cute little kitchen, outside garden seating for star-gazing, the most gorgeous bluffs and ocean just a quick walk down the trail down to the bluffs. Did I mention the sound of foghorns from the nearby light house and the calls of the seals as a lullaby? It is also perfectly situated for hiking in Jackson State Forest, visits to the village of Mendocino and their restaurants, or to Fort Bragg with all of the activities there. This place is dreamy and I can’t wait to come back.

I came here to celebrate Vanentine’s day and my boyfriend’s birthday. The ancient redwood trees towering overhead with the stream that runs next to cabin makes for a magical soundscape. The ambiance of this cabin is cozy and serene and every evening radiated with warm winter Hygge. It was exactly what we wanted from a Russian River getaway. Would definitely come back!

What a perfect stay: a charming, quiet cottage where we could relax as much as we wanted between outings to Mendocino village, Fort Bragg, and the natural wonders of the area. We usually vacation near Mendo village each year and thought we'd try a new place to stay. We chose well. Tom amd Sharon communicated perfectly, and were generous, and we hope to see them another time.
