Monthly Rentals in Ryan

Very clean, nice place. Easy to get into. Comfortable beds. There is not much for food or restaurants close by there, so just know that going in. Loved it and would stay again.

What a perfect oasis when we're visiting family in town. Easy to get to and from, lots of comfy sleeping areas, and just what we need for the overflow that's outgrown staying with "Nana and Papa". We will be staying here everytime we visit now.

We came to Cedar Rapids for an event and were looking for a clean, and affordable place to stay that was near to the downtown area. We found all that at Richard and Tim's, and we also found we were living in a beautifully and lovingly maintained historic building. The hallways were decorated for the holiday, the apartment was immaculate, and there was even a well-equipped exercise room in the basement (we didn't use the garden because it was December!) An added bonus, right around the corner, was Grant Wood's studio which is managed by the Cedar Rapids Art Museum. It's small, but they provide an excellent tour! If we come back to Cedar Rapids again, we would definitely like to stay here again!
