Great place to stay, 10 minutes walking from Maya mall & Nimman. Pleasant place, peaceful, fast internet, responsive host. Very thoughtful with little weekly gifts for guests to choose (veggies or fruits for example). Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant stay in Linuan’s place. If you want a quiet and comfortable room then this is a good place. It is quite a way from Nimman Road area - so expect to take a long walk or you can take a grab bike for around 30-50 baht. I’d like to make a suggestion of adding a mosquito net door, so can then leave the door open without any concern for mosquitoes or flies coming in. I didn’t notice many mosquitoes but still this would be a good addition I think. Check in was easy enough due to clear instructions and host communicated well. Overall I would be happy to stay again.

I stayed at Nicole’s place for 3 months and absolutely loved it. This super-sweet studio is in a prime (but quiet!) location in Nimman, beautifully styled, exceptionally clean, and very safe. It had everything I needed to live and work nomadically - the table doubled up as my desk and the WiFi connection was great. Best of all was Nicole who made for the most wonderful and kind host. She shared fabulous local ideas and events with me throughout my stay, answered any questions immediately, and went the extra mile to help me feel at ease. As a single female traveller, her attentiveness was very comforting and reassuring. I would have stayed for longer had the studio not already been booked up. I cannot wait to stay at my home-from-home again 😊

A perfect place for a month stay. It is 12 min walk through the nice temple away from Nimmam and Maya mall. The drinking water delivery service worked very well: 5 gallon for 30 baht with 70 baht per water bottle deposits through downstairs office. We both enjoyed morning meditations and yoga looking out to the green garden. We walk to Nong Ho area to get a flavor of the local Chiangmai life. We pretty much walked everywhere and take a taxi back. Concur with all the positive reviews about the place and responsive host.
