Monthly Rentals in Runaway Bay Beach

Property was really clean and the shower was very modern with excellent water pressure. Particularly impressed with welcome and organisation from host who provided electric remote for gate and looked out for my arrival. Parking provision was most welcome, as was were the air conditioning and fan to deal with the heat. Location ideal - only 10 minutes from Runaway Bay. Would definitely stay there again!!!!

The Bahia house is a gem that we feel blessed to have found. We met Gary in person and enjoyed talking about the flowers and trees. Let Janet cook your breakfast and Dinner and you will be glad you didn't go to a restaurant (ask her to make the food Jamaican style, you won't be disappointed.) Cassie, Marlon and everyone else go above and beyond to keep a clean house, an immaculate property, and are always willing to answer your questions. If you want relaxing and your own beautiful beach, look no further! Just book it!! If we had it over to do again... we'd do it all over again. It was perfect and we enjoyed celebrating 10 yrs at this beautiful location. Thanks again!

My flight was really delayed so I missed the check in time. Though I was extremely frustrated, I communicated everything with Kayann and she was very responsive and made arrangements for me to be able to check in when I arrived. I was surprised that it was as pictured. Very quiet residential area. Very modern decor and it is laid out very nicely. The unit is upstairs and there is no elevator but I didn’t find it to be an issue, just a little workout when toting luggage lol. The location is perfect! I did all of the major tourist attractions, as well as I visited a few local bars etc. Everything was within a 10-20 minute drive. Kayann also gave really good suggestions about things to do and places to visit. I was a little nervous about there not being any blankets because there are ac units in the place, but I didn’t need the ac as it was fairly cool during my stay. I did however give the recommended to Kayann, and she was open to my suggestion. Overall a great stay!

I spent all day traveling because I flew into mobay and it was about 2 hrs away but once I finally reached which was about 9 pm the property is located in a very quiet area. Property is very nice and just as described only thing is that I struggled a bit with my luggage because the walkway isn’t luggage wheel friendly and it’s not lit with pathway lights but once I got over the rough patch the walkway smoothed out. The cottage that I stayed in which was #3 was on the opposite side of the other 2 where the pool actually is. I didn’t mind that my cottage was by itself cause it was like having my own lil oasis. Cottage was clean and just as described in the listing. The host was friendly and was quick with response time. There’s a small table with 2 chairs rt outside the door and a mini clothes line. The store, taxi stand and bus is about a 10 min walk. The beach is a lil bit longer. Be careful on the roads..my 2nd day I was involved in a bus accident lucky i was about a 5 min walk away
