Beautiful apartment a few seconds walk from the beach and all the services in Somo. Beautifully furnished and attentive to every detail. The furniture and all the items inside the house are practically new. The host is also super helpful, and responds immediately to any request (I forgot the keys inside the house and immediately came to open to allow me to enter). Highly recommended. The next time I go to Somo I will stay in this facility again.

I spent one month in Esther's flat, and I'm happy with my experience. First, Esther is very friendly, gave me great recommendations for places and villages to visit in the area, and where to buy some specific products I needed, and she was texting from time to time if I need anything or if I feel comfortable in the flat. I felt comfortable in the flat. It is spacious, well equiped, modern design and equipemts, the bed is comfortable, the windows help with outside noise insulation, and the flat keeps a good temperature inside. There are several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants at few minutes walk. There is a mall and premium cinema in the town at 20min walk; and a sport club at 10min. The bus station is at 1min walking from the flat and the train station at 7min. It is easy to go to Santander, and well connected to villages and towns if you want to be in nature, hike, or discover the region.

We were staying in said accommodation during our stay in Santander and felt right at home. The host, Sofia, received us wonderfully and was there for us at all times. He is very friendly, warm and has a treatment of 10. If I were to return to Santander, I would not hesitate to stay in her apartment again. As for the apartment, it was very clean and tidy. It's cozy, spacious, all renovated and no detail missing. The photos of the facilities, exactly match the photos shown on the listing. Sofía informed us of everything related to the outline (gastronomy of the area, restaurants, viewpoints, landscapes, spectacular landscapes, villages with a lot of charm...). The accommodation is located in a quiet place, with easy free parking and very close to places like El Sardinero Beach or the city center.

Both Ian and Marta were very friendly, we felt right at home! The house is very nice and cozy, hopefully we'll be back soon!
