We loved our stay in Signal Cottage. Graham and Alison are so friendly and provided helpful tips for our stay. The cottage is delightful - cosy and comfortable with a lovely view over the garden. We appreciated the breakfast provisions, which saved us a shopping trip on our first evening. We were perfectly situated for trips to Margate for the Turner Contemporary and Canterbury as well as the smaller towns of Sandwich and Deal. There are lots of great hikes in the area. Highly recommended.

We booked for the month of December and spent Christmas at Peper. We were able to bring our two cats with us and Henrietta was lovely about this. Peper was tucked away in a lovely village with friendly villagers with a great butchers and village shop selling all the basics you may need for your stay and Peper was close enough to walk to these shops. Peper is situated in peaceful countryside and had a lovely small garden and outside sitting area although we were unable to use this as the weather wasn't too great! The tv stopped working on the 23 Dec and this was replaced very quickly with a new tv - what great service! In all a very enjoyable stay and Peper quickly became home to us.

Karen is an incredible host who went above and beyond for us! We were trying to have some tools delivered to the address by DHL, so we could take a class nearby. The process required us to pay a duty before DHL would deliver, something DHL never informed us of. Karen went out of her way to help, eventually insisting to the driver that he check his records again to confirm that the duty had been paid - otherwise he wouldn't have delivered. The rental is exactly has presented, and there are clear instructions and manuals throughout. In addition, Karen is a great wealth of information abut local sites and history. One of the best Air BnBs I've ever utilized.

This was the most lovely property, private, peaceful, rural setting which is exactly what I was looking for. The owners were extremely nice and always responsive with flexible check in times. Can’t wait to go back!
