Enjoyed my stay. I would book again.

We had a very nice time at Villa van Waning. It is a particularly cozy building with interesting history and the apartment is beautiful and practically furnished. This part of Feijenoord has changed a lot for the better. Where there used to be many corporate buildings, it is now a beautiful residential area with a nice park around the villa. Due to the attentive Vincent and the team that runs the coffee/bar on weekends, we immediately felt at home. It takes some getting used to, those two stairs up but that goes quickly. Good public transport in the neighborhood. Restaurant Maas right around the corner is cosy too. I was nice to be part of the long history of Villa van Waning.

My son and his girlfriend stayed in Jantine's apartment (I had informed Jantine of this, because it was a gift to them) and they had a great time there! Especially the location and even more the terrace with the fantastic views they really loved. They really had a great time. Thanks!

Koen is a great and communicative host. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities one would need. It is in a quiet area but just one stop away from the city center. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
