Great place to stay at! Was nice and clean, looked exactly like the photos and had all the ammenities listed. Jordan was very accomodating, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!!!!

Even though the location is not in the centre of Rotorua, it's just a 15-minute drive away from anything you may need. The area is really peaceful, with a lake view. The house is very spacious, and we had everything we needed to cook. And the accommodation was super comfortable as well. I also need to highlight Bob. He was an amazing host, had many suggestions, and was ready to respond and help anytime. The price is definitely worth the place, so I highly recommend it.

Delwyn and Sara were quick to respond to any communication. They obviously understood families as they supplied extra linen and towels. We appreciated being able to have our family dogs with us, and they had a great time too. We appreciated the offer of a late check out to enjoy the sunshine after an otherwise very wet and blustery stay.

Beautiful accomodation. Booked for a group strategy planning weekend and was surprised by how stunning the home was. Appreciate the opportunity to stay at this gorgeous home.

Nelson and Natalie’s place is super kid friendly, even for little ones as it’s safe and private and lots of space in the yard for them to run around. The hosts are friendly and have all the information you need to know about the accommodation displayed inside the home making our stay easy. There’s no photos of the kitchen listed but it’s got everything you need. I especially enjoyed the coffee machine in the mornings. I think there should be more photos up of this place because we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Thanks for having us :)

Welcoming hosts, cosy sleepout, great location. Josiah is very welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. We also met his partner and she is just as welcoming! It is obvious to see he is a good, down to earth bloke. The sleepout is super warm with soft carpet and lots of natural light, it's also in a great location close to all the fun activities Rotorua has to offer. The bathroom is suitable for all needs and a renovation is coming soon! The bed is super comfy, we had amazing sleeps. Josiah added small touches which we appreciated including blue lollies, a couple beverages in the fridge and dog treats for their beautiful dog Mika! Will love stay here again :)

My friends & I had a marvellous stay. The place was perfect, great views & peaceful surroundings. It was lovely being on the deck, watching the birds & looking out onto Lake Rotoiti. We were there for mountains biking & paddleboarding on the lake. It is 20mins to the mtbike tracks. The instructions & local recommendations were great. If you want a peaceful stay in a fantastic location then this is the place to be. Many thanks to the owner :-)

Great location, friendly helpful hosts, safe neighbourhood and had everything we needed! Having a washer and dryer was very handy! There’s a spot to park in the back and the back yard is huge! Due to the place being pet friendly if the smell of animals bothers you may want to take that into consideration (Not a bad thing just some people are sensitive to animal smells) I did not see any dog/cat hair! Overall we had a great stay!

Lovely comfortable place, plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen facilities. Great to have washing machine and able to hang clothes out to dry on the line outside. Bathroom great with plenty of towels. Good quiet location. Will look to stay again if in the Rotorua area..thanks for making the house available on Airbnb.

Perfect location to enjoy all that Rotorua has to offer. We rode our mountain bikes right from the house into the spectacular Whakarewarewa forest. Having access to the garage was very helpful to store and care for our bikes. The house is large and spacious with every amenity we needed. Many great restaurants and shops were a short drive into the center of town. Kate was a great host, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Dan's place is just a piece of paradise! Right in front of the lake, with private jetty and private ramp, away from the main road, totally safe for children. Highly recommend! Dan is very responsive and welcoming, makes you feel like home. Looking forward to return again!

The views are spectacular, old school batch, not fancy but functional

Owners were extremely kind and the place itself was great! we had great movie nights and could easily cook meals (everything was provided). hot tub and game amenities were the highlight of our stay, it was amazing!

Tamson’s place was perfect for our family (parents, with adult children, their partners, plus dogs). Beautiful big home with space and privacy for everyone. Areas to swim, walk, run or bike around different lakes, private spa to relax in afterwards. Close enough to Rotorua for shopping, but out in beautiful nature and so peaceful. Highly recommend Tamson’s place!

The Redwood Retreat is the most amazing place. It offers everything you could wish for. Everything in this house is thoughtful and well-appointed. We felt right at home and enjoyed our holiday there, even when the weather turned nasty for three days. This house offers the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure and activity. Thank you so much for the most beautiful time we had.

This was the perfect little retreat for us to unwind and relax! We loved all the little touches that made us feel right at home, they had set the fire up all ready for roasting marshmallows, there was a fantastic selection of tea, and we appreciated the eggs and avocados! The bed was insanely comfortable and the addition of the robes was such a nice touch. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The most caring host I’ve ever dealt with on Airbnb, very understanding and kind, this will be the only place I’ll come back to stay at when I’m back with my family in Rotorua, next time my wife will do all the booking ;) lol

We went on a business trip and decided to extend our stay and make a mini holiday out of it. Once we arrived after numerous meetings, my colleague and I went to check in and it was super easy. Enough towels and we didn't have to share a bed and had both our own space when we were ready to turn in for the night. Large kitchen and two bathrooms, which made getting ready easy as we didn't have to be in each others space at all times. We had a spa and when we raised an issue of the outside heater not working, Dharmen was wonderful and immediatly exchanged it the next morning whilst we were out and about.
