Beautifully decorated (high design level art and patterns), cozy, spacious, and pristine. Walk to restaurants—2 great ones—Parliament House, the Epicure bakery, easy walk or tram to metro. Shower and products awesome, kitchen has beyond everything you need plus coffee, chips, and oatmeal! So nice. Andrew is super responsive to your texts. He lives upstairs so you will hear movement—footsteps, muffled conversation, chairs, the pooch running around—as a solo traveler, I found this comforting.

Jennifer was very communicative throughout my stay, promptly addressing any questions I had and providing timely updates when needed. Checking into the unit was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions. The unit itself is modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a hassle-free stay. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Bloor-Yonge subway station. Plus, the neighborhood felt safe, so security was never a concern. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. Only issue for the first couple of weeks was totally out of the control of the host - 2 local construction projects violating the morning start time regs, and loudly. The access to all everything in downtown Toronto or anywhere on the subway system was outstanding.

Very nice place downtown. Higher up than I had thought. Condo was clean and host was quick to communicate. A very good place to stay.
