A sudden ice storm caused my coworker and I not to be able travel to stay but the host were very kind and very helpful when we attempted to figure out an alternative. I would definitely book again.

I will definitely book again in future trips to Bentonville! Friendly and responsive hosts, clear instructions, a really nice retreat that is still close to downtown. And indoor bike storage was much appreciated! The apartment is clean, nice and relaxing - just what I was looking for.

We very much enjoyed our weekend in Bentonville and are so glad we stayed at Peddler’s Place. A lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the fun downtown. It was perfect!

Overall we had a great trip. Only had a couple of issues. One being that the shower is not pictured very well in the listing and is very small. No shelves for products and just wide enough to spin around in. Everything else was great. At one point, we had our designated parking spot taken by a stranger so be warned that it could potentially happen. We were lucky enough that they moved right as we were about to park. The location is wonderful for Dickson and the instructions were very clear for check in. I would stay here again!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Fantastic AirBnB with plenty of space, all the amenities, and super close to downtown Bentonville and many bike trails. The space was spotless and very modern. Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook just about any meal. We really appreciated the bike shed, hose and bike cleaner, and air pump! We arrived late at night and it was super easy to find and check in. We've stayed in a lot of AirBnBs and we thought this had the most comfortable beds and linens. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Emerald Bungalow was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family getaway. The location was absolutely ideal—nestled in a scenic area that offered both privacy and easy access to everything we wanted to explore. Whether we were enjoying nature walks, restaurants or simply relaxing at the property. One of the standout features of Emerald Bungalow was the kitchen. As a family of excellent home cooks, we can be picky when it comes to cooking spaces, but this kitchen exceeded our expectations. It was not only spacious but also incredibly well-equipped, with quality appliances and all the utensils and tools we needed to prepare some amazing meals together. Whether we were cooking a leisurely breakfast or preparing a family feast, it was a joy to use the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were well stocked and we would definitely stay again.

One of the cleanest pet-friendly stays we've ever had! Very conveniently located near dowtown Fayetteville while still having woodsy vibes. Tonya was incredibly communicative and accommodating. 10/10 recommend.

Great townhome in a splendid location, directly across from Arsaga's and Wood Stone Craft Pizza. Everything was as described, comfortable and very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at this beautiful condo was literally a two minute walk to the Ledger in downtown Bentonville. It was absolutely amazing to be able to find solace after a long day at a conference. The condo is precious, extremely clean and perfect for a solo or pair traveling. When I get to come back, this is my first choice!

It was the perfect stay if planning to go out on Dixon street- restaurants/ bars were walkable. Had a little issue with otters parking in one of my 2 spots- but both Mayra and Cole responded immediately offering to tow if needed. They were communicative- and expedient with reply. The upstairs bed was comfortable and shower was nice.

Brittany’s place was perfect for a weekend to visit my daughter. The listing was accurately described and convenient to everything. Lovely place with all the amenities.

Had a wonderful stay. Great location if you are looking to stay close to all the Dickson Street fun. Easy to walk to campus. Great coffee shop next store and so many things to do downtown. We will definitely stay here again, especially to try to enjoy the beautiful patio! It had recently snowed so we didn’t get to enjoy that like we hoped but there is always next time!

We were visiting U of Arkansas for the first time, and this was the perfect location. It's walking distance to both the campus and plenty of restaurants/bars. The building is very unique, and the unit must be well insulated, because we barely heard anyone else the entire stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This is one of the most comfortable and well done air bnbs I have stayed in. From the incredible view and balcony to the cozy bed which the linens were freshly cleaned and the towels even they were lovely. incredible and now days I don't always feel that way always, thus exceeded all expectations.
