Such a unique place! So clean and the bed was one of the more comfortable airBNB beds that I’ve slept in. Unfortunately we visited during a snow storm and got snowed in the driveway. The host and a neighbor were so kind to help us shovel a path to the road so we could get to where we needed to go. Absolutely didn’t have to do that, but stepped in without being asked. Will definitely book again when in the area!

Our host were amazing! They made us feel right at home and communicate very well. This was honestly the best AirBnb we have ever stayed in. They had any and everything you could need and may have forgotten. The place was immaculate and was very homey. They tell you their history and the stories behind the decor and it truly felt like we knew them by the time the stay was over. They prepared a booklet that has all the local places to check out. Everything was walkable, we parked our car at check in and never moved it until check out. We will definitely be back!

We visited for the holidays and were pleasantly surprised to find the listing as it was described with everything we needed to feel like home during our stay. The location was perfect for our needs and centrally located to all Bentonville has to offer. There was a well organized binder with local information and all the instructions for our stay. We found the kitchen and baths well stocked and very clean. Although this was definitely one of our favorite Airbnb’s, and we’ve been to many, we hate to tell everyone as we will definitely be looking to stay again and fear it will be snatched up easily for it’s great accommodations. This house is so conveniently located to just about all of Bentonville. Two blocks to the momentary, and a short bike ride anywhere.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

This was perfect for our family gathering for thanksgiving! 4 rooms having long beds was key, and the upstairs was very spacious for little to run around with lots of seating. The location was great! We’ll be looking into staying here again next time we visit!

Fantastic AirBnB with plenty of space, all the amenities, and super close to downtown Bentonville and many bike trails. The space was spotless and very modern. Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook just about any meal. We really appreciated the bike shed, hose and bike cleaner, and air pump! We arrived late at night and it was super easy to find and check in. We've stayed in a lot of AirBnBs and we thought this had the most comfortable beds and linens. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Emerald Bungalow was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family getaway. The location was absolutely ideal—nestled in a scenic area that offered both privacy and easy access to everything we wanted to explore. Whether we were enjoying nature walks, restaurants or simply relaxing at the property. One of the standout features of Emerald Bungalow was the kitchen. As a family of excellent home cooks, we can be picky when it comes to cooking spaces, but this kitchen exceeded our expectations. It was not only spacious but also incredibly well-equipped, with quality appliances and all the utensils and tools we needed to prepare some amazing meals together. Whether we were cooking a leisurely breakfast or preparing a family feast, it was a joy to use the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were well stocked and we would definitely stay again.

Tonya's place was a perfect homebase for our family of four while we were moving our son to Fayetteville. The location was perfect for us; within a 5 minute drive to campus and almost anywhere we needed to go while running errands all over town getting things settled. Numerous restaurants nearby as well. Finally, there is plenty of parking which was a huge plus for us as well. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

Excellent location, felt right at home. The morning after we arrived, we walked right across the street to Arsaga's and had a perfect breakfast. It is very easy to get anywhere else you are going. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo near many restaurants that you can walk to

We were only here for 1 night and we would happily rebook this!! It's so close to everything and the restaurant downstairs is fantastic!! The host was very nice and responsive we had a great experience!

Place was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Washer dryer kitchen, full size fridge, great hot water, tv, table and chairs to eat at.

Great location if you are looking to enjoy Dickson Street. Walkable to all U of A games and a great patio. Be prepared for noise at night due to nightlife on Dickson, but the bedroom is quieter. Great place and host is great.

My daughter, her boyfriend and I stayed at the Dickson St condo Dec 20-28 so we could hand our own space while visiting family for Christmas. This condo was super convenient and located on Dickson. It was perfect for the three of us, with two bedrooms and an adjoining full two sink bathroom upstairs, as well as a powder room downstairs. It was very helpful to have a laundry room upstairs too. The condo was nicely stocked with supplies as well as basic coffee setup. I had to buy tea but left it for the next. Everything was so clean and comfortable, loved the downstairs closet for extra storage stocked with cards and board games. We really enjoyed the balcony and views. Parking and access was very easy with school out (many of the local bars were closed for Christmas break). I can’t say enough about how at-home we felt staying here - we will definitely be back again! Thanks for your hospitality and for making our family Christmas special!!

Everything was perfect and this home is amazing! It is a great space and very comfortable. You feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. Beautiful views from the patio, living room and bedroom. There are lots of things to do in the area that are within walking distance. And as great as the space is the hosts may be even better. Check-in/out is easy. The hosts provide clear, timely communications and are super friendly and responsive. Can't wait to book a return trip to this wonderful location.
