Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rogers

Everything about our stay was perfect. The houses were nicely decorated and so clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal!! We would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I stayed at Brandon‘s house while we visited family and went to a couple of basketball games. We were immediately impressed as soon as we walked in. His house smelled fresh and clean and was exactly what we had hoped for. We had plenty of room to spread out and even did a little cooking. We absolutely loved the back deck and we would love to come back in the spring when the leaves are on the trees. We will stay here again the next time we need somewhere to stay! We loved it!

We love staying at this house! Not a huge fan of the virtual doorkey, but happy to have the option of the key pad. Will definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I brought my kid for a valentines weekend getaway and he loved the place. The garage was his favorite hangout spot for movies. Beds were super comfortable and cozy. Kitchen had everything I needed. The house was spotless, I have zero complaints on cleanliness. I have zero complaints at all! I would stay here again, hopefully when it’s warmer weather so we can enjoy the deck and the back patio. Thank you Tiff and Doyle for the hospitality. 🙏🏼

This place was perfect for the groomsmen to stay for my son’s wedding! So spacious and clean! 10/10 recommend!

This place is fantastic and right off the hiking/biking trails. The view from the sunroom was fantastic with the beautiful trees and wooded forest with surrounding hills and the sunroom was perfect with the floor to ceiling windows to bring the outside in. The fireplace was a must and very welcomed given the very cold mornings. Very spacious and open living area with a couch long enough for 5 people. Very quiet neighborhood which was perfect. Having the washer/dryer was great not having to come back home to more than one load was so helpful. We will be back!!

We had a great time at Amber’s. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole house was clean and comfortable!

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

We had a great stay at Gwen and Larry’s place! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect distance to walk to the football game at U of A. We’d definitely stay here again. ❤️

Great place to stay in Bentonville. Right off the square. Close to everything. The bed and blankets were soooo comfortable. Connie was easy to communicate with. Great bargain too.

We very much enjoyed our weekend in Bentonville and are so glad we stayed at Peddler’s Place. A lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the fun downtown. It was perfect!

Had a great time! Even with cold weather we could easily walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

Very convenient location with an excellent host. We are usually in NWA for only one or two days at a time. We definitely need to stay longer to take advantage of all there is to do. Mark’s place would be the ideal place to stay!

Directions to Airbnb was simple. Gaining access was easy. Hosts were nice and accessible. Convenient yo everything.

The place was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for walking Dickson Street and anything on campus!! Both beds were very comfortable. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

It was the perfect stay if planning to go out on Dixon street- restaurants/ bars were walkable. Had a little issue with otters parking in one of my 2 spots- but both Mayra and Cole responded immediately offering to tow if needed. They were communicative- and expedient with reply. The upstairs bed was comfortable and shower was nice.

Our stay was exactly what we needed for Thanksgiving. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and felt right at home. Michael was very responsive & came to address a small issue we had with the garbage disposal. We would definitely stay again!

The building itself seems fairly old, but the bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances were very updated and nice. All 4 bedrooms had a king bed which was nice. It was close to our in-laws which made it perfect for us.

We had a minor furnace issue when we first arrived but the host was extremely responsive when we needed him and the after hours on call person was great…they were quick to respond and sent someone to address the problem within no time…would definitely rent here again (and already booked unit for another visit)
