Holiday rentals with lake access in Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon

The house is extremely comfortable: the rooms and beds are spacious, all bathrooms are complete and spaces for common use, also spacious. The appliances are modern and work well, including the air conditioning in every room. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe: it has 24h security at the entrance although they allow access to services of transportation platforms or Delivery which provides comfort. Access is with key, very convenient. Marcela was in touch before, during and after the trip, with a very good predisposition and with super clear communication. I definitely recommend it.

Igor is very helpful and communication with him is very easy. The space is super well located! In the vicinity there is barzinho, pizzeria, supermarket and natural food shops. The space was clean, it's the same as the photos and it offered everything I was in need! I had a great stay!

I enjoyed everything both in Nicolas’s place and the island.. great security, fast responses and friendly responses to everything I needed or wanted.. great amount of space in kitchen bathroom bedroom and living space. I hit the lottery with staying at this location because it fulfilled all my expectations and more!! Friendly island and great vibe!!

The host was very helpful, seeking to meet our specificities. The housekeeper, his Moacir, gave good tips, welcomed us well and provided all the support during our stay. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The access to the house has its limitations as expected in a house on an island. Because it has a lot of green area, there is a lot of mosquito, but nothing that repellent does not solve.

Stefany is the type of host every host should strive to be. Her and her mother were incredible and was there before I could ask for anything. In a local community of Rio she made me feel right at home. Showed me around and always checked in to see how I was doing. Amazing experience.

The place was just as described, the host super easy, flexible, friendly and responsive. Honestly i can’t say any bad thing about my stay here, we had the time of our life, living space is very big, 2 bathrooms is a plus, location is super good, just 10 min walk to the beach, the road is private and super quiet. 5 stars all the way

Very nice apartment with a prime location. We were in four people and we were comfortable. The sofa bed is of great quality, sheets, towels and covers available. The hosts are cordial and easy to communicate. I recommend to future guests!

I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

Good place for those looking to be immersed in nature but relatively close to the center and the beach. The house has an interesting architecture, peaceful environment with beautiful kittens and many plants. Mr. Antônio is receptive and we are very comfortable. We had a quiet night.

The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. We loved the colonial style. The street is calm and quiet, easy access to the beach and supermarkets in the region. Gabriel is extremely polite and kind, always responding very quickly, providing us with all the necessary information. We'll be back for sure.

Antonio was very helpful and companionable, gave tips about the city, always called for an afternoon coffee and a game of dominoes at the end of the day. The house is immense, the garden is wonderful and there is a delicious swimming pool next to the hoses and banana trees for a nice swim. The house is rustic, but with all the amenities described.
