Monthly Rentals in Riverside, Austin

I had a wonderful stay at Jeannie's Airbnb! The place felt even bigger than the photos suggested, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The balcony was a true highlight — peaceful and offering beautiful views at sunrise and sunset. Above all, Jeannie and her friends/family were so warm hospitable. I stayed for a month and felt so safe and at home. I would stay here again in a heart beat and would highly recommend :)

If you want to stay somewhere that is centrally located and has easy access to the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, then this is the place for you. Unit is within a gated community so parking and grounds are secure. Hosts were also very responsive as well as proactive in making sure our stay in Austin went smoothly and was enjoyable. Would recommend this residence to anyone visiting Austin.

I stayed at this Airbnb for four months, and it was perfect for a long-term stay—a true home away from home. The space looks exactly like the pictures and is beautifully maintained. Martha was friendly and incredibly responsive, making the experience even better. The location is convenient, but you’ll need a car to get around. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Tough neighborhood, but the people who live in the complex were friendly, and quiet. Gian Carlo’s place the benefit of a remodel, and thoughtful touches. Hope to stay again.
