Our stay was great, the condo was clean and as described. Nichole was a wonderful host and very responsive, even offering to and putting up Christmas decorations for us as it was the holidays. Would recommend staying to anyone!

We’ve stayed at Fernando’s condo multiple times—always for month long stays or longer. It is truly a phenomenal home away from home. Cannot recommend enough It’s easy to work from It’s easy to explore Austin from (you’re a short ride away from everything) And it’s always well equipped with everything you need to feel at home here (including a fully fully stocked kitchen) Fernando is so friendly and amazing—we cannot recommend this place enough

Thank you, Janet, for hosting us for five weeks! We really enjoyed staying at your place. Being in a gated community makes you feel very safe. The location is great—close to downtown and South Congress Avenue, with many shops and restaurants—yet still peaceful and private. The condo is right next to the shared pool, and the huge balcony is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need, and communication with Janet and Shelly is smooth and helpful. For long-term stays like ours, it’s very convenient that Amazon and similar services deliver right to the door, and you also get access to the mailbox. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back!

Close to down town - took us only 10-15 mins to get to anywhere we wanted. Quiet and secluded. Jonathan gave awesome recommendations that helped during our stay. Jonathan was always responsive and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a great stay!
