Loft holiday rentals in Río Segundo

We loved our stay! Kathleen is a sweetheart and so kind and attentive. And her three dogs are adorable. The unit is perfect for two people. It is situated on a dead end street, making it a very quiet location with no street noise. There are so many places to eat just a quick Uber ride away - both Los Yoses and Escalante barrios are very nearby. Super convenient location and a wonderful host!

Gustavo and Sandra were great hosts and were very welcoming. They were very responsive when I needed help with anything. The apartment is in a great location. There are many food spots in walking distance, and Walmart is not too far away. There is a grocery store one block away. There are also a couple of gyms in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Great place and wonderful location!

My sister and her husband stayed here. They didn’t have ANY complaints about the room or the hosts. They said Luis and his wife were very kind. They were quick to answer any questions they had and to suggest areas to visit. If I ever travel to Costa Rica I would definitely stay here. I recommend them 10/10. The price per night was amazing as well

Accommodation exceeded our expectations. It has everything essential for both short-term and long-term stays. Best of all are the amenities of the building (gym, pool, coworking room, etc.). It's definitely a recommendable one.

Excellent location. Easy access to central SJ as well as San Pedro mall. Walkable. Close to major bus routes. It' safe and secure and the modern building is clean and kept that way. Hosts are awesome...responsive, friendly, and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

This is the second time I have stayed at Sylvia's places. ( She has 2 in this high rise condo). This one is larger than her other one, and the views just cannot be beat. Great location! Clean, clean ,clean! I love her linens! There are quite a few options in this high rise condo, but I will always choose this one if it's available! If not, I will stay at her other one, which has the same standards. She is an excellent host. You will love it! Thank you Sylvia!

Nice Appartment in a super nice Building with lots of amenities. Great gym, nice pool and a 5 min walk from the central park. The appartment has everything you need . Totally recommendable.

Marcelo’s place is comfortable, clean and tidy, the street is quiet and safe as there is a guard at the entrance to the estate. The kitchen was well equipped. There’s great parking inside at the front. Great place to stay for the price. Excellent communication.

The host was very helpful during the check-in. The fridge had tasteful drinks and also had chocolates. Everything was very clean and a it’s very secure place,very close to the downtown.

I worked at the German School abroad for three months and the accommodation is centrally located in Pavas and opposite the German school. Camille was a very good host who always responds to the wishes of the guests. The apartment was always super clean and the pictures correspond to reality.
