Monthly Rentals in Río Barú

We are already planning a return trip. Our only regret there was that we stayed at another place for 2 days when we could have been there. The home was exactly what I was looking for, a private home with a pool but even better. The town of Dominical was the perfect size, not a huge touristy area, but easy to get around and find a unique place to eat, groceries to cook, and a nice beach. The river was an added bonus as it was very clean and swimable. The only concern with the place would be the drive up the dirt and rock hill. I didn’t have an issue with it in our rented RAV4 with Rock and Dirt setting on, but I have friends I’m sure that would not feel comfortable navigating it. It is a short drive, but steep in parts.

We loved our 2 week stay at Teal's place. Chandra, the house manager met us with a warm welcome, and gave us helpful tour. She was an invaluable resource for recommendations on activities, and local cuisine. The surroundings were beautiful and serene, and we saw a multitude of wildlife. The house was spacious for our family of 5, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Despite visiting in the summer, the temperature was breezy and comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated, and everything was maintained. We would definitely visit again!

Just right! Loved the end unit with pool and patio and views. Joe went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. simple spot, great location, what you would expect for the price. Will stay again with it being 15 minutes from Dominical. Pura Vida

Excellent stay, if we didn't have a 4x4 to get there, we had good thighs haha. The place is nice, well located. The accommodation is amazing, it is a great breath of fresh air and nature.
