Had a great time at Rebecca’s place. Very peaceful and charming location in the countryside, and I loved looking at the rolling hills waking up every day. We came in the winter and it was very convenient to get to the ski resorts as well.

Cute, Cozy Apartment, Close to Mountains & UVM!

Molly’s place is conveniently located in Richmond, walking distance to Sweet Simone’s Bakery, Stone’s Throw Pizza and a small grocery store. Her place is great for a weekend stay for 2 people. The bed is comfortable and the living room is spacious. There is a little bit of street noise with the train tracks and being close to the road but we only noticed it one night and I wouldn’t say it’s a deterrent.

Log cabin in the woods in Richmond VT (near Stowe)

MatthewRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We road‑tripped from our home in Richmond, VA to NYC, but Laura’s mountain cabin—25 min from Burlington—was the true honeymoon magic. Picture‑perfect views, crisp air, and total quiet set the mood the moment we arrived. The cabin is spotless, cozy, and stocked with every little thing we forgot to pack. Laura greeted us with a handwritten note, a “happy honeymoon” basket, and insider tips (her maple‑creemee spot is a must). Days were spent sipping coffee on the deck and exploring hidden trails; nights meant star‑gazing by the fire. Burlington’s breweries and food scene were close enough for easy date nights, yet the cabin felt worlds away from any hustle. If you want a tranquil Vermont escape with an A+ host, book this place. We left recharged, grateful, and already planning our next stay. Thanks, Laura, for the perfect finale to our honeymoon!
