Beachfront holiday rental in Redland Bay

We were delighted to have such a peaceful and private place to rest. Kirill had everything you needed to feel at home. We definately will come again.

We loved our stay at Frenchman's Folly. The cottage is homely, comfortable and very well equipped. It is fully fenced and is very well located at Point Lookout: close to beaches, shops, cafes and the pub. Lots of wallabies and birds to observe and wonderful walks to be had. There's a decent bus service, so with or without a car is fine. Linda is a great host too!

Absolutely amazing to be right on the water, watching the tide come in & go out, seeing boats & yachts passing by. Peaceful, bushy surrounds blissfully listening to bird life. Clean & comfortable furnishings, & has everything needed (& more) in the kitchen & other living areas both inside & out. Peter & Raisa were communicative, helpful, responsive & lovely hosts. It was great to get out & explore the island with lots of hidden gems, fishing spots, & friendly locals. Catching mud crabs was a bonus with the supplied crab pots. Yum! Great house & location, would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Renne, our host, is such a warm and humorous person. He patiently waited for our arrival, introduced us to this spotless and cozy room, and shared tips about the beautiful surroundings, including must-visit attractions and local delicacies. The location is perfect—close to the scenic waterfront promenade—and the area is peaceful and quiet at night, making it an ideal place to stay. What made our experience even more special was the bonfire gathering last night. Renne generously treated us to beer, invited me to try a Cuban cigar, and we had a lovely chat. He even gave my son thoughtful advice on getting along with his mum ❤️ (our 13-year-old is in his rebellious phase). It was one of the most delightful evenings we’ve ever had. If we return, this will undoubtedly be our top choice. I truly hope we can become friends.

This little gem was absolutely beautiful! We had such a special weekend. The house is small but packs a punch. With everything you need to have a great little weekend away with the family! Awesome yard, we got to bring our furry friend, beautiful veranda for my son to play on. Everything is perfect! We will be back!

We truely love our stay at Jane’s house. We are travelling with kids and our dog, and it has everything we need for an enjoyable stay. The house is close to the shops, and the beach is just down the road. The house is also well maintained and clean. Even on a rainy day, there are board games, books and more to keep everyone entertained. Jane is so accommodating and kind, always responds to messages promptly. She is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. If you are planning a trip to North Straddie, look no further. Thank you so much for hosting us and we will be back for sure!

Jasmine is a great host! Friendly, helpful and genuinely wants her guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated but also felt homely. Best part was the ocean view! Such a good location being so close to the beach, with a variety of shops & food options also nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Thank you for your hospitality, your Airbnb was well equipped. Our kids enjoyed the pool and basketball hoop! Location is perfect, we walked to the train station (10 minutes) to get a ride to the city! Walked in the mornings to the esplanade and mangrove board walk and evenings to restaurants and cinema! 2nd time we visited Parmel's place in 3 months. I highly recommend it. We love spending time there. Value for money and Parmel is great.

Prue’s place was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The views are amazing. The photos don’t do it justice. All amenities are great, including a spa bath and comfy beds. The location is perfect for visiting the theme parks, and only a 20 minute drive from Surfers paradise. I would highly recommend Prue’s place , and will definitely be back!

We had such an amazing time at this place. The location was fantastic for water activities on the Bay, the view was superb and the breeze running through the house from the water was brilliant. The furnishings we're all new, clean and great quality. Would highly recommend!!

A very special home in a delightful location. It felt like a home from home - ideal for our family of varying ages. A fantastic indoor / outdoor flow, well equipped and very comfortable. A great place to put your feet up and soak up the views and tranquility. You literally step off the lawn and into the sea. The hosts were attentive but not obtrusive. This is a highly recommended place to stay!

This apartment was fantastic- matched the description and pictures and in the perfect location for main beach and all near attractions and amenities. Would totally come back again and recommend !

Brilliantly located, short walk to everything, well appointed kitchen, sensible easy to operate appliances, good laundry, a/c works well as does the hot water. Our host, Cameron, was a strong communicator, instructions easy and straightforward. What’s not to like !

Having Tedder Ave so close was brilliant for coffee, lunch, dinners etc. beach right out the front and beautiful pool area. I’ll miss my morning coffee at the cafe across the road followed by a swim at the beach. Wee I’ll be back next year for sure !

A perfect and spacious place to relax in with beautiful views and in a great location. Particularly loved sitting at either of the two balconies watching the ocean in the afternoons. Krista provided quick and clear responses and instructions. We will definitely be back!

Staying at the villa was a fantastic experience! Its location by the river in a quiet residential area was perfect. The interior design of the villa was beautiful and comfortable. It only takes a 10-15 minute walk to reach the beach, where there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby, making it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend staying here when visiting the Gold Coast!
