First and foremost, what an amazing property and location. Everything was just as it was pictured and listed, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We did experience an issue with the water, but Kevin was very responsive with the situation and tried everything he could to resolve it. Although he was unable to do so, he was very honest and understanding, and offered me and my guests a credit toward a future nights stay at any one of the cabins listed in the Hocking Hills area. This is a testament to the excellent standard he maintains, and validates his commitment to offering a high-quality experience. We are eagerly looking forward to another weekend getaway in one of his cabins very soon!

This place was absolutely beautiful. In a nice peaceful secluded place . You can hear the water flowing . Nice hot tube and the one thing that stood out to us it was PET friendly!! We could not believe it our dog loved it felt like he was at home . Such a welcoming place we plan on visiting soon again.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to hocking hills state park and forest. Lynn’s place is a gem, and included a few touches we appreciated: 1) the kitchen is very well stocked with all the possible tools you’d need to cook your own meals 2) the cabin was extremely well cleaned and can comfortably accommodate 4 adults 3) we didn’t have issues with the WiFi during our stay 4) we had a little welcome bag of treats waiting for us 5) laundry on site A few things to note: 1) The Airbnb is very remote and in a hilly region with sharp turns and no street lights - I’d recommend downloading the local map before heading into the area because you’ll likely not have cell service the entire stay. 2) The hot tub was spacious but the water took a while to come up to a comfortable temperature. Lynn was very responsive and overall, we’d definitely stay here again if we visit the area.
