Monthly Rentals in Rattanakosin Island

This place was seriously a gem! I can’t believe how great it was and feel lucky to have found it. It’s located right in the heart of the neighborhood market that runs from 6 am to 2 pm. It literally out your front door. The only thing I wish I would have realized, since we were a group of three couples, is that the three bathrooms are not all en-suite with the three bedrooms. One of them is even down the stairs from the bedroom that uses it. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed and because of its location new would absolutely stay here again

Room spacious and as described. Location near temples. Good communication with the host. Only downside, The street across the street is noisy.

We had a fantastic stay in this condo!! The location is a great spot to explore Bangkok from, and there are lots of great eating spots in walking distance. The facilities are fantastic (especially the pool!) and all of the staff who work in the building are really lovely! The apartment had everything we need - everything worked well and was clean and tidy. The hosts were lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed a month at Derek’s place, it is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The place has a great layout, is in a pristine condition, the view from it is stunning, and there are tons of great restaurants (and a metro connection) within walking distance. The apartment really is as amazing as one imagines based on the pictures provided. In addition, Derek is a great host, thanks to all the details provided the arrival, registration, and start of my stay was super smooth. We stayed in touch throughout my stay and he had some great recommendations that made my stay great.
