This Lakeside Retreat was a perfect weekend escape for two couples. In late September, we seemed to have the pond to ourselves and enjoyed sharing time around the firepit overlooking the lake. The Bathroom was spacious and one level up from the bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare an excellent meal. I would highly recommend this cabin to a a small group of friends or family looking for a great location near Portland and Lake area attractions.Our host Bobbi was very responsive.

Sebago Lake area is a new destination for us and we were looking for an AirBnB specifically in the Standish area. We are a family of 5, including 3-teenage boys so it was important to us that everyone had their own bed, and there was space to spread out. This property more than exceeded our expectations. Spacious, exactly as described, beautifully decorated. Each bedroom had comfortable beds with window AC units as well as fans. The fire pit area was so relaxing. Private beach was a short 0.5 mile walk away. Boys loved the paddleboard and kayaks, and the added bonus of a private dock allowed us to rent a pontoon boat for the day. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amy’s place is just wonderful! She is a great host, and we felt so comfortable staying. The home was clean and quiet and had all the necessities to stay for a week. We will be back!

Elaine and Rick are excellent hosts. Everything was as described if not better. Accommodations were clean and very cosy. Very close for skiing at Sunday River Mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at the cabin. The lake and surrounding mountains are beautiful. Lake was fun to fish off dock and using canoe. Nearby town Bethel has a few nice restaurants and there are a number of easily accessible day hiking spots nearby. The beds are super comfortable as well. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful retreat for a family! Beautiful location, right on the ocean front. We were mesmerized by the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Maine has been on our busket list to visit and the Peaks Island wouldn't disappoint! This lovely house has everything you can think of to make vacation as comfortable as possible. The delicious latte in the morning was a treat from Lisa! Thank you for leaving us pleanty of supplies! Tastefully decorated, put together for a restful vacation, every detail is in it is carefully selected to make the house is very cozy and comfortable. It offers lots of sitting space, spacious dining area, comfortable beds, soft blankets. Every window on the front and the sides of the house faces ocean! We fell asleep listening to ocean waves. The sunrise and sunset are on the water right in front of us. Our children enjoyed playing on the rocky beach. We walked along the shore line, bought food and snacks at a local grocery store. Highly recommend this place!

A comfy and cozy place, 2 blocks to downtown Belfast. Very nice amenities.

This is place is a gem. The lake is beautiful and the beach is very private. The house has a nice layout and is both spacious and cozy. This was our second year staying here and we plan to come back again! Dina is very responsive and great to work with.

The place was perfect for a Sunday River ski weekend! Close to the mountain and easy to navigate. The hosts were kind, helpful, and easy tow work with.

It was great to be back at the Bingham house! The home itself is beautiful, historical, family orientated and clean with lots to do! My family and I have enjoyed staying here more than once and would highly recommend to anyone. We had a few maintenance issues that needed taken care of upon arrival but nothing that would deter us from staying again in the future. Thanks Erin!
