Condo holiday rentals in Rainey Street Historic District, Austin

We had a fantastic stay at Elaziel’s Airbnb. It was clean, stylish, and perfectly located near the lake and bars. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making it an easy and enjoyable experience I’d highly recommend!

Ive stayed in this building with other hosts for years. My time frame for work this year came late and I stayed with Justin for availability. The place was clean, and located in an area where I dont need to rent a car. I like to use the stairs to avoid all the access restrictions the building has. Justin had single serve espresso in the condo. Game changer for me. The location has numerous places to eat and have a drink within walking distance. I will look for Justins place next year.

The condos were just as expected. Loved sitting out on the porch in the nice weather with a view to downtown! The beds were SUPER comfortable. Close to a lot of places. It's on a busy street so there's a lot of road noise, but if you have a sound machine at night, you can't hear it.

Had an amazing stay in such a beautiful condo near Rainey street Austin. The view from the condo was so incredible to wake up to and I enjoyed how easy it was to walk around and get food and drinks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo whenever you come to Austin!

This place was exactly what we needed for a night out on 6th street. The limo was right on time and the hosts responded immediately if we needed anything. The beds could be better but hey it was a warm place to sleep!

This place was everything you want in Austin. Walkable restaurants and a great vibe in a great neighborhood. I have stayed in this building several times and in several different apts, this is one of the best. Grab it if you can, you won't regret it. (And please eat at Emmer + Rye while you are there - so good)

Candice’s place is very cute and cozy! It is in a good part of town with many restaurants and places to shop are near by. Candice was also very kind and quick to respond. We loved our stay, I would definitely book again!!

We loved the location with easy walking to 6th street, coffee shops and restaurants. All the common areas were quite large and had comfortable furniture. Only two of us stayed over but there was certainly room for a larger group. I also love no outside stairs:) I would definitely recommend a stay at this location in Austin.

Wonderful stay! Very cozy, and they were very thoughtful and proactive in their communication. A special touch I love was that they had cotton rounds in the bathroom to use - I forget mine at home often and I loved seeing them there! It was also beautifully decorated and the view was gorgeous. Parking was super easy and close to the unit, making unloading and loading back my luggage a breeze. 10/10, would absolutely stay here again. I stay at a lot of Airbnbs when traveling for work, and this was one of my favorites so far.

Jared was a wonderful host and has a beautiful place. I felt right at home, they went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I would absolutely stay here again! Plus some really cute restaurants within walking distance

I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, that made you feel like you were home. It was also equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, providing detailed instructions for check-in and local recommendations that made our stay stress free! I will definitely stay here again! :)

We loved our stay at Naveed’s place. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to restaurants and the grocery store and it was a quick ride to the University of Texas stadium. The area was very quiet at night. We were very comfortable in the beds and everything we needed was provided. Would recommend to anyone!

Enjoyed our condo stay in central location near Lamarr St. with lot of restaurants, bars, Zach Theatre. Condo was spacious, quiet inside and easy parking right outside door. Fully stocked kitchen to cook meals and cute private patio out back. Comfy beds and linens.

We traveled as two families. The space foot is just right. We loved being right in the middle of South Congress. We also walked to 6th Street and Rainey Street. Being so close to the river was great for accessing the outdoor parks around Austin.
