Tessa was a responsive host, and her place was clean, tidy, and well-appointed. The apartment itself is conveniently located, and there are a ton of restaurants and shopping in The Domain, as well as the other businesses that have grown up around this area. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Austin.

Very cozy and quiet place to stay. Spacious bedrooms and a nice livingroom. The only inconvenience is there is no shampoo in the bathroom. The rest is just perfect.

Was super happy with my stay! I was surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked. If you plan on cooking during your stay I would say they’ll have everything you need. Thought the location was good. Around the corner there are plenty of bars. Didn’t try many of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity but Las Trancas Taco Stand was absolutely amazing. I finished every single one of my nights at the taco truck. Will definitely be back!

Great spot for the value. Street is a main artery for getting around but surprisingly quiet at night. Other tenants and neighbors were friendly, everyone going about their business. I would recommend this suite to anyone flying solo or a couple.

Fabulous location and luxurious finishes! We were in town for a wedding at south congress hotel and this location could not be beat!

Very cozy and private space. Very responsive host and easy check in and check out process. My partner and I had a great stay and would love to come back.

Shawn is an awesome host. We requested to change our reservation very last minute and he kindly accepted it. The apartment has a little bit of a weird smell but overall very clean and nice! We enjoyed our 3 nights stay here.

This was the perfect place to stay during a quick business trip in Austin. Close to downtown, great places to eat, and comfortable. Was a private and quiet setting away from the traffic downtown but still close enough to avoid highway traffic. Awesome personal touches, snacks and water were super thoughtful. I would absolutely stay again and recommend.

It was as if they knew me. So many details I liked: coffee beans for French press in the AM (and a dedicated brush for the grinder!), a Bose Bluetooth speaker, nightlight box in the ceiling… quiet neighborhood close to everything, and friendly hosts. And CLEAN. No wonder I’ve not been here before, I understand why it has not been available on my previous trips. Will definitely stay again if the guest apartment is available.

Great stay that’s close but not too close to downtown. Was clean and had everything you’d expect (towels, body wash, etc)

This was perfect for the short amount of time we were in Austin. We wanted to be close to downtown without being surrounded by busyness and this was exactly it. We brought our dog along with us and he enjoyed it as well, the backyard was sufficient and we even took him on a walk around. Will definitely keep this place in mind when we visit again.

Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

All went smooth. Great Location

I only stayed for a night but the apartment was very clean with very cute and unique decor. The king bed was comfortable, I did not use the second bedroom but it was well furnished also. Great location! Christopher provided very detailed instructions for checking in with a helpful map to find exactly where the building was in the complex. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here in the future.

It was a wonderful week that I was able to spend with my son during his college break. I would gladly go back there. Lots of restaurants, trendy shops and other attractions in the area make it a perfect place. I recommend it to other guests!
